Thank you for your review. I wanted to clarify that the Grace mirror is indeed the Opulent model; we just used a different name on our webstore for marketing purposes. However, please note that the Opulent/Grace does not come with a clock, as shown in the image.
To change the colour, you can hold down the power button to scroll through the options.

Good delivery but awful after care
Good delivery but poor after care. I have a Faulty mirror that does not function as it should. I have been going round in circles trying to get a replacement. Customer service have tried to tell me that it must be a problem with my electrics. I had my house rewired to modern day building Regs by a reputable electrician and the new bathroom fitted around the same, so this is not the case. The mirror is definitely faulty as the electrician has confirmed power is going to the mirror, but it’s not working. I have dealt with many companies during my extensive renovations and have received immediate replacements where things have arrived damaged. This is not the case here.

Painless, cost effective and efficient
The website worked efficiently, and so ordering was easy. Delivery was very fast and, when it arrived, the driver carried the bath into the house for us. Bath was in perfect condition and is now installed and looks good. As advised by Bathroom Supastore, it's a very well made high quality product. We are very pleased. The price was extremely competitive, so I would certainly recommend Bathroom Supastore

Need a Whirlpool bath visit Bathroom Superstore.
Easy company to order from with excellent Webb site giving full description of products specifications and dimensions,the whirlpool bath I ordered was delivered on day agreed by both parties,well packaged,could not be more pleased with my bath, quality and build second to none and motor is so quiet would defo use this company again,thanks to all involved.

Easy from start to finish

I was initially disappointed by not…
I was initially disappointed by not being told over the phone the tray I was interested in buying and listed as "due in soon" was in fact on special order only, it being ANTI-SLIP. "Due in soon" does not convey the truth. I waited and after a month or so I rang up again to ask when they would be in stock. This is when I was clearly given the correct version and I would have to wait 4 weeks for them to receive it. It finally took longer than that due to the Christmas break.
Other than that, everything else was fine and once they received it, the enclosure and tray were delivered very quickly.
