When they are working they are 5 star but any problem it’s a nightmare customer services are useless I tried to charge 3 times but everytime i paid in the app the machines rebooted so I was £75 down customer services said they would get somebody to ring me I waited 20 mins then left still not rang me that was about 2 weeks ago and I have the subscription aswell

Excellent Service
With Be.EV, you can find a service close to you and the charges are really fast and easy to operate, even if you using a membership card, the App or your bank or credit card, all easy and fast to start the charge.

I subscribe so get cheaper charging…
I subscribe so get cheaper charging costs. The chargers are so easy to use and charge my vehicle quickly. The only time ive had to wait is when people don't take their cars off charge when they are at 100% and leave them connected for hours. The only gripe ive got is having to pay for parking on top of my recharge cost, otherwise they're very easy to use, just follow the instructions on the charger. I use the chargers at Sainsburys Trinity Walk in Wakefield. Theyre in the far corner on the ground level car park, not the underground park.

App is really poor always an issue when I try to charge that causes delays.
Also you increase the off peak price to force customers into subscription was very underhanded. Extremely disappointed

I have had several issues starting mny…
I have had several issues starting my connection and have had to ring the help line several times.
I also have to drive two miles away to put my car on charge, walk back and the walk back to collect my car.
Nearer charging points to BL8 would be appreciated.
