Over the years I've assembled many of these diy peices of furniture and they were always difficult and basically cheap furniture. I was very pleased this was easy to assemble and looks great a very good buy for the money

I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service. I’ve spoken with your customer service agents twice now. The first time it was pleasant and professional. The second time I spoke with a woman who made it sound like it was my fault that Belleze hadn't done anything to determine where my package is. (I still haven’t received it and don’t know the status.)

Tv/electric fireplace tvstand went together fairly easy. Most parts were correctly sized except for a couple of screws that were difficult to screw in around the inside area of where you put the fireplace.
It works nicely...warms
my family comfortably, and the flame colors are gorgeous!! I have only had it up and running for a little over 2 days, but if it continues to work as well as it is, I will be very happy.
Oh yes, the tvstand with the glass doors is elegant. The fireplace with its 3D effect is great. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered the Cayden TV stand from Belleze and we couldn't be happier with the experience. It was delivered quickly and packaged very well. The stand took a while to assemble but the instructions were clear and it came with extra hardware. The final product looks great and is solid. Given the price, all my expectations were exceeded.

The tv stand is beautiful and the electric fireplace is so cozy.

Glass so I could use the space for storage. It’s beautiful!

I ordered the Oslo King Platform Bed Frame and I absolutely love it. It took a while to put together because I was doing it alone but its easy as long as you follow the directions. Only problem I Ran into was there wasn’t enough screws in my pack. Others than that bed is perfect

I ordered the Bellevue Harper TV Fire Stand, upon fixing it my husband noticed it was missing a few parts. I called customer service I explained our problem after looking for the part that we needed the representative advised that it was out of stock so they would have to send us out a new tv stand ; WOW now that’s what I call 5 star customer service and a company you can count on to fix a problem if one should come up. The representative apologized for any inconvenience and assured me that my replacement item would be shipped out within the next 24 hours in which it was. I can’t wait to get it and have my husband put it together so I can post my stand because I know it’s gonna be beautiful. Thank you

Beautiful and elegant tv stand with fireplace. I loved the color white/grey wash. It holds a tv up to 85". The fireplace its also very elegant up to 4 levels and it comes with a remote. I highly recommend this tv stand.

We found the perfect entertainment stand with electric fireplace insert and it was even prettier in person. We've only had it a few days but already received many compliments. We had a slight issue with the fireplace having some of the packing materials inside. A quick phone call to their support and they are sending one to replace it out in a few days. Bravo!!

User friendly

I ordered a queen bedframe with an led light strip. The frame came timely and the instructions to put it together were easy to follow. Sadly the LED light strip was defective and would shut off after a couple minutes and then not turn back on unless we unplugged it and then plugged it back it, but I called customer service and they were very quick to respond and gave me a partial me a partial refund to replace the LED strip. Overall I was mostly satisfied with the product.

Everyone knows moving can be stressful. I recently placed an order and forgot to update my address. My order was delivered to my old address, I attempted to locate the merchandise and it was not there. I contacted customer service and they also tried to assist. Per their policy they were not at fault but still took out the time to assist me. I truly appreciate them putting their customers first.

Purchased the BELLEZE 43" Corner TV Stand with 18" Electric Fireplace Heater. The instructions were very clear and I had no trouble assembling it. The fireplace itself had some damage, presumably from the factory. A quick phone call, followed by an email with pictures, and a new part was on the way. Thus far, it's sturdy and looks nice.
