Men's tee shirts are extremely high quality at a keen price. Sizing is generous in both men and women's sizes. Parka jacket is the warmest coat I have ever had- warmer than my ski jacket! Only gripe is that Bellfield do not deliver to Channel Islands so I have to get stuff delivered to a UK address and collect when I am in UK or pay again for it to be sent on to Guernsey

I really enjoy wearing Bellfield clothing. Very nice style of fashion in my book.

Reliable online service

I bought a coat on sale and was really happy to buy a coat that I wanted for such a good price (I think it was 40% off)
The next day a customer support representative emailed me to tell me that the coat is not in stock.
I don't know how that happened but fine...
They offered me 15%off but that's wasn't good enough for me.
I replied to them with another question (if I can buy it from Amazon with a discount) and they didn't come back to me at all.

The Bellfield coat I wanted was for sale on ASOS but not available in my size so I decided to go direct to the Bellfield Website. Glad I did, my size was available and cheaper than on the ASOS site! The coat was delivered promptly and I'm pleased with both the garment and the service I received from Bellfield.

Bought coat for a Christmas present in December - Bellfield allow only 14 day refund which is pretty unheard of over the Xmas period and online - by the time came to refund out right refused to refund/exchange. Now left £60 out of pocket with a coat that doesn't fit.... really poor customer service.

The clothes I have bought have been really durable and the shipping to finland has been rapid.

Bought a jacket for a great price. Arrived very quickly. The quality is VERY good. Really nice fit and it's very warm! Even in this bitter British weather sometimes I have to unzip it a little as it really does keep you warm! Would definitely buy again from bellfield clothing.

Awesome experience and quality customer service. Only complaint is very minor is that the jacket sleeves were a little short but definitely still wearable! Great quality besides that!

Bellfield is a great brand; their clothing is reasonably priced and very good quality. I have a pair of Chelsea boots and a winter jacket that is a heavy staple in my rotation these days.

The customer service is superb! In regards to the winter jacket I eventually procured, when first I found it on the website, it was sold out in my size. Usually that would be the end of any quest, but after contacting customer service, not only did they take the time to confirm the jacket was sold out, but they made the effort to reach back out to me when it was eventually restocked. I had the jacket shipped to me within a week of purchase, even though I was an international buyer.
A lot of brands talk about customer service, but Bellfield puts it in action, and it shows.

Can't recommend this brand enough, check it out you won't be disappointed!

Very good quality

I bought a red plaid bomber jacket from Bellfield that is usually out of stock. I was planning to buy a medium but unfortunately stocks ran out of that within a few hours. I opted for large instead and that luckily fit me perfectly. I'd absolutely buy from Bellfield again, but i'll have to save up first because they're kind of pricey for a relatively poor person like myself!

I bought 4 items, 2 of which didn't suit me therefore I sent them back and received a refund with no quibbles (this did cost me £10 in postage however). So I was reasonably satisfied with the service.
However, the 2 items I kept of which I liked the style - a shirt and a winter coat seem to have deteriated rapidly despite hardly being worn. The shirt has been worn twice and the seem now has a hole under the armpit, and the buttons on the jacket are falling off already despite it hardly being worn.
It's a shame as I really liked the designs and would've liked to have supported the brand with further purchases.
