Hice una compra que me facturaron 4 veces, estuve mas de una semana escribiendo todos los dias para que me devolvieran el dinero cobrado de más, cuando se dieron cuenta de error ni siquiera sé disculparon.

These age fast and some fall apart
I bought one beautifully designed coat from the high street, however after one month the the front pocket came away,zips were coming off, the inner linings stay buttons gone, the coat hook fell off, the armpit seams came loose! Yeah i know! Still i took it back for a refund and to get a new one (cos they are very nice coats) quickly bought one from bellfeild website, after one month now the inner stay buttons lost, and zio seals ageing and crumbling. Dont bother.

Customer friendly like few others!
This is the first time that I purchased Bellfield Clothing product and I must say that the whole experience has been extremely pleasant. The product arrived on time and the quality is really good! The customer service was very prompt, friendly and highly responsive! I'll be surely returning to Bellfield.

El peor servicio post venta que he visto
Despues de cobrarme por la misma compra 4 veces, tuve que estar escribiendo durante una semana todos los días para que me devolvieran el dinero que me habían cobrado de más, al final me lo devolvieron pero nunca recibí ninguna disculpa por el error.

Poor customer service
After purchasing a coat, I exchanged it due to unfinished sewing in the pocket. They gladly exchanged it however the same problem occurred with the second coat. I tried to get in touch with the company again however they did not respond. I have kept the coat but I will not be purchasing from this company again.
