First order from Bennett’s butchers, I ordered a variety of meats online and can say there’s no disappointment, the quality of the meats is amazing, the amount I purchased I was overwhelmed with the sizes, the lamb steaks are 3 times the size you normally would get, there was an added treat which was very nice of Bennett’s to add, my freezer is still full. Ordering online was very easy, communication with the delivery date was excellent, will definitely be buying more once we’ve gone through our mammoth selection, highly recommend and if your having doubts as to purchasing online, don’t, the meats come packaged really well, plenty of ice packs in the box.

I’ve been ordering from these guys for a couple of years. The quality is great and everything is fairly priced. Order with confidence you will not be disappointed.

Ordered 5kg chicken and 8 steaks. Only 4 steaks received. Emailed immediately but no response at all.

Very friendly staff and even provided with the main man’s mobile for that extra special service

Had a problem that was sorted out with v good customer support

I appreciate on many occasions the business can't control many aspects of the customer experience.
On this occasion, my order was incomplete, I had unpacked the delivery immediately and emailed the business with this information, I sent a further email.
A week later still no response.

Meat was warm and had a lot of moisture in the silver cover..Emailed and got NO REPLY...it is a shame because iv been using them for a long while now ...if seems when it goes wrong they go missing...maybe be not such a Super Sunday !!

For the second time my order has been received with items missing
Promised a phone call back but never received one.

I placed an order with this company for delivery for to day with DPD upon tracking the order with dpd they had mot received the order yet i received an email the day before saying my order was despatched yet it was not sent 4 emails to benitts no reply a few hrs latter I received a call from a lady saying they did not have an item in stock and said they can put something easle in I told them that I did not want that and said I wanted the order cancelled in full and a full refound done this has still not been done and this meat was ment to be taken on holiday with us to day now we have no meat what a disgusting company you are sourt my refound out now do you under stand buyer beware do not order from this company read the reviews 😢

Great meat have recommended , sadly my sirloin steaks missing from bbq pack which was very disappointing I have been advised after a couple of days it will be added to
My next order , I haven’t marked this down as I am
