Can't get in touch with them
I did the service with them on Oct 16th and was advised that the wipers are not in good condition. They told me I could come back later when ready for repair.
On Nov 6th, I sent them an email asking for ordering the parts and booking an appointment for fix, but had received no response in 3 days. Later I gave them a call. It wasn't the lady I emailed answering, but said will pass my message to her. An then no response for another 2 days...
I then sent a follow up email on Nov 10th, and no response ...
I didn't want to complain until I called again on Nov 13th, and bad luck it was still not the lady that I emailed answering my call, however this colleague promised again she will pass my message. Again no response until now...
This BMW Berry Chiswick seems very unorganized and unprofessional. It makes me feel even doubted whether they have carried the service work properly.

I received a response to my enquiry from Richard Burton on the same day. He was super accommodating and managed to book me In for a test drive in the vehicle I enquired about.

Tried to overcharge me
Tried to charge me £920 for my car service + MOT when in fact The BMW APP had it listed at £620. If I didn’t know, I would’ve paid an additional £300 on an already overpriced service!
I have proof in the text they sent me as well as the corrected figure after I called them out on it.
Great service assisting with new car selection
My first experience of purchasing a car through Berry and no regrets. At all times the representative Modestas was courteous, answered all queries sincerely and assisted me in making the final selection that was right for me. At no time did I feel any of the sales pressure often seen elsewhere.
Total satisfaction, I have no hesitation in recommending Berry to others.

Amazing service- thanks to the superb Mirel Caba. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful that it makes every visit a pleasure. I’ve been buying BMWs for over 20 years and have never met anyone as good as Mirel. He’s so good we happily purchased 3 brand new cars in a day for different members of the family. If you want unbeatable service and a caring not pushy approach - make an appointment with Mirel. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else!

Impressive client service
Very impressed by the client service received from first phonecall enquiry and subsequent contact. We were made to feel that we are a valued customer buying a quality product. Chris, our sales rep was very polite, caring and helpful, taking as much time as we wanted to explain a lot of tech. An excellent representative for the company. Looking forward to collecting our new car. Overall, Berry’s service has eclipsed other BMW dealerships that we have dealt with.

Excellent Service
Not one to usually leave feedback, however, on this occasion i felt the need to. After searching for a vehicle for numerous weeks with alternative dealerships, i found myself in a position where i was not being given suitable options, unnecessary delays with responses and loss of satisfaction. However, after contacting Sebastian at Berry Chiswick, he proactively sought out to identify and find the vehicle i was after, showing a true commitment to achieving this for me. Sebastian achieved in 2 days what i had struggled to receive over numerous weeks and i couldn't be happier that i now have the vehicle i was after all along.
