The Chiswick branch staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Sebastian guided me through all the types of vehicles available, and after narrowing which ones I went for test drives. I was able to select the car wanted and ordering same was just as easy.

Excellant Service from start to finish

From the first moment I spoke with Hamza he sorted everything from day one and was very professional. Nothing was ever to much trouble and he handled everything right through to collecting me from the train station. I also had a chat with his manager Phil who was also the ultimate professional. All in all a great experience and will be using them again.

Disaster

Went for a 12:00 appointment to view a Mini Countryman. What a disaster! The car in question was not at Berry Chiswick and did not see the psalmserson I’d made the appointment with - a colleague stood in who had no idea if the car I’d come to see. When he eventually located the car, it was the wrong car. What a waste of my time!!!

I went there on 21st December to buy my…

I went there on 21st December to buy my 1st Motability car and initially everything was fine, Peter fraser took my £1000 deposit and then told me it will cost additional £1550 for the specs agreed as he had made a mistake. We weren't happy as had spent 2 hours there going through everything to he be hit with this additional charge so told him to cancel order and refund money. He said he will contact me on Monday morning to confirm but nothing so i emailed and was told refund had been issued. Today is 6th January but still no refund and their manager humid just emailed saying we've done it and nothing else can be done. Terrible service.
I've had to contact my credit card company now to action chargeback.

BEAWARE THEY ARE CONNING PEOPLE AS THEY'RE AGREEING IN PRINCIPLE, TAKING MONEY THEN IGNORE YOUR CONCERNS.

I accidentally went to Berry’s in…

I accidentally went to Berry’s in Brentford and bought a BMW X2. I was really given a first class experience by Hamzah Dar and the back room staff on purchasing the car .No pressure selling met all my expectations and beyond I would recommend the dealership to any one looking to buy or replace their BMW .

Excellent Buying Experience

I bought a BMW X3 M40i from Mustafa at Berry Chiswick, from initial query to collection he handled everything perfectly. I live in NI so was unable to view the vehicle before purchasing but Mustafa provided an early video before the car was prepped and pointed out the minor imperfections that Berry would sort out before collection. I had to change the collection timing the day before due to travel issues but this was accommodated seamlessly. The vehicle met all my expectations, a great all round experience.

Amazing customer service.

Amazing customer service.
Chris kept me informed with regular contact, information and updates in the days leading up to my test drive appointment.
On the day I was greeted as soon as I arrived, made to feel welcome and felt like a valued customer.
Dhan was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
The showroom was clean, well stocked, impressive and very upmarket.
Overall a great experience

Avoid this dishonest dealership group

Avoid this dishonest dealership group. Pritesh Patel the business manager at Berry Group is not an ethical person and a liar.

Called up about a car that I saw advertised at £33,800. Chris McGinley a sales manger went to check if there was any incentive if I completed the purchase before the month end, before I placed a deposit. Said he’d call back in 10. Within 10 minutes they put the price up by £2000 on Autotrader and the BMW website. After 2 hours they eventually called me back to say there was a glitch in the system and if I wanted the car it had just gone up by £2000. I thought we left these tactics behind 10 years ago, but Pritesh Patel clearly hasn’t.

Great experience made by Peter Fraser

I am looking to get an electric car and went to BMW Chiswick and met Peter Fraser one of the sales team.
Really nice guy who clearly knows his job and gave us great advise and information. We also went out on a test drive of an i4 which was not rushed and at least 10 minutes long.
Overall really great experience made by Peter

I bought a bmw x3 from Berry chiswick …

I bought a bmw x3 from Berry chiswick Reg no YE20AYD. in June 2023. Its so disappointing when I went for MOT this year in Heathrow Berry. it's failed due to worn tyres. I only drove for 3000 miles since I purchase the Car . When I bought I did raise the concerns about the tyre. They said they will change with service. But its not done . Sam the salesman reassured. It will be OK. This is the first time we bought the premium cars qnd we trusted the the Sales person and Berry group. But I have changed one tyre with this MOT. And three tyre is advisory need to change. Its quiet surprise with 3000 miles all 4 tyre need to replaced. Not sure how they passed the MOT before the sale. Very disappointed about the purchase from a reputed sales like Bery BMW. I hope you will not repeat this to the other customers . Even the Heathrow team were surprised about the tyre when i did the MoT there. They even mentioned if I were you in this situation I feel the same . Too sacreed to drive this with family Now i have ro replace the tyres.. Please value your customers and their hard work to get rhis money to get premium cars Hope this will not repeat to other customers.

We understand your concerns regarding the tyre condition at the time of your recent MOT. After reviewing our records, we can confirm that the car had traveled 4,209 miles since its last MOT. Unfortunately, during the recent inspection, one of your tyres was found to have exposed cords, which necessitated an MOT failure for safety reasons. We are aware that this tyre has now been replaced.

Additionally, our recommendation to replace the other tyres is due to the presence of deep cuts, which compromise their integrity and safety. To prevent differential issues and ensure optimal safety, we also recommend replacing tyres in pairs on the same axle.

We deeply regret that your initial concerns about the tyres were not adequately addressed at the time of purchase. We take this feedback seriously and are committed to improving our processes to ensure that such issues do not recur for our valued customers.
