Worst Customer Experience from a clothing company
Place an order on a Saturday and paid a premium charge for delivery the following Saturday. Delivery did not happen on time, reached out to customer service, who really should not call themselves customer service. There was excuses, lies and absolutely no interest in resolving.
Asked several times for my account to be closed, ‘Alex’ ignored this every time and was just argumentative. Would 100% avoid and will not be using them again.

Poor Returns Setup
Ordered wrong size. Tried to create return label online. Website refused to accept my address. Couldn't do it so didn't bother. Not great that the technology doesn't allow me to return. Shame. I won't use again.

We’re sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty when attempting to create a returns label and that this impacted your decision to proceed with a return.
We can confirm that our returns process for UK customers is set up through Royal Mail and is normally accessible via our online returns portal. In some cases, issues can occur if certain address formats are not recognised by the system, which can prevent a label from being generated.
We can also confirm we have no record of any direct contact from you regarding this issue. Had we been made aware at the time, we would have been more than happy to assist and generate a return manually for you.

Trousers Not For Windy Weather.
Why do big dude believe that if the buyer has a beer belly they must have enormous elephant legs. I would never wear your trousers outside in windy weather. The material and delivery is good but please offer thinner legged jeans/trousers.

Don’t use Big Dude Clothing.
Don’t use Big Dude Clothing.
I recently purchased two clothing items from them.
I never got them because they used useless Royal Mail (tracked 48hr) who put them in the top of my full recycling bin. They claim this was a safe place. Their delivery photo clearly shows what they did. The bin was then emptied so the items never got to me.
They never put a card through my letterbox!
Royal Mail now claim the items (x2) have been delivered.
Useless Big Dude have no phone numbers and have no way on-line I can find of dealing with this.
Avoid BOTH companies. Royal Mail is on its knees and Big Dude clothing have no customer service interest.

Having reviewed the tracking information provided by Royal Mail, both parcels were marked as delivered to the delivery address in line with the service used.
We can also confirm that we have responded to your previous emails regarding this matter. One of your orders has already been refunded as a gesture of goodwill following review of the case. The second order is currently unable to be refunded due to an active chargeback process being in progress with your payment provider, which temporarily prevents us from issuing any additional refund directly while this is being investigated.
