Bought a ceiling fan it lasted 2 weeks.
Bought a ceiling fan in May, didn't get round to fitting it until March 2026. It only lasted a couple of weeks. Messaged the company twice but no reply. I think they hide behind a different name.

Returns policy outrageous
Tried to return a light plastic item that had no cable or plug that was free shipping said there return policy is £25 MINIMUM return check it out if you don’t believe me BEFORE PURCHASE

We believe there may be some confusion around our returns process. We don’t charge a standard returns fee — you’re welcome to return the item using your own courier at a cost that works for you.
The £25 fee only applies if you choose to use our arranged collection service, which includes us organising the courier on your behalf. This is completely optional and is offered as a convenience for customers who would prefer not to arrange the return themselves.

Good for laundry drying, but a bit heavy
Bought this ( Honeywell TP 30L Portable Dehumidifier - TPFIT30L) mainly for drying laundry and it works well. An 8kg load in a 20m² room dries in about 12 hours, or around 10 hours with an extra fan. Uses roughly 4 kWh per cycle (about £1.08), around 0.4 kWh per hour.
Noise is acceptable, and there’s a quiet mode suitable for bedroom use.
3.4L tank is decent and there’s also a continuous drain option. Controls are very simple, and it feels good quality overall.
It is quite heavy (13kg), but has wheels and handles (including on the water tank) so it’s manageable. The power cord is a bit short.
Tip: leave space between clothes for better airflow.
If using in a bedroom—especially with mould or kids—I’d recommend choosing a model with a HEPA filter.
