I just placed an order and 20 minutes…

I just placed an order and 20 minutes later, we decided to cancel. I reached out and asked if they can please cancel the order. It hasn't even been processed on my card yet. And they were so rude and said they're charging a twenty percent fee when I sent them the return policy, they continue to be rude and said we cancled and charged you without me saying ok I will pay the 20% or no just keep my order i asked to talk to a manager they said we dont play that game that's not a choice you get. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. That is just a little bit of the message we had, it was much worse than that. Don't order from this company

At your request we canceled your order in accordance with our advertised cancellation policy - explained to you prior to cancellation.

You were in our FAQs page during our conversation where this policy is clearly communicated.

We do not have escalated support to address this beyond the your cancellation request which was honored.

The last thing Leah Olmsted said to our support agent was “Go fuck yourself i will make sure i give you a bad reviews and let me bank know to make this fraud”

When a 1 star review becomes generous!

Earlier this month I had a bad experience with Big Top Shirt Shop (they sent me a vest that IMO had been obviously open/ worn washed and returned) so I left a 1-star review expecting to potentially never hear back at all, or to receive a generic boring empathetic response to my concern. I was stunned when I they emailed back accusing me of slander!

So I’ve decided to copy and paste what they said so everybody could experience their level of poor customer service.
In hindsight, the 1-star review that I left them was generous.

“Your assumption in your review below is 100% incorrect - we NEVER send used or returned merchandise.

In fact, every order we ship out is special ordered from the manufacturer, received and shipped out to the customer the day we receive it.

Had you experienced any issue with any product received your best course of action would be to notify us and allow us the chance to resolve.

Disappointing you did not afford us that opportunity.”

Your assumption that the garment was a return or used is 100% incorrect. We NEVER send used or returned merchandise.

While we understand that the tag had detached inside the packaging - the vest was brand new - special ordered for you - received from the manufacturer the day your order was fulfilled.

Had you experienced any issue with any product received your best course of action would be to notify us and allow us the chance to resolve.

Disappointing you instead chose to leave a one star review without first notifying us of your concern.

This company have very rude people for…

This company have very rude people for customer service! I didn't receive my shirts. They stated I didn't put the address in correct, but the full address was there. They continue to argue with me and took my review off their website! I have seen many reviews of poor quality and not trus sizes and poor customer service! I wish I had seen this before I made a purchase! We will see if we get our refund and then charge me 20% restock fee!! This is a poor company!

Mr. Brian Conwell placed an order with our company and had the order shipped to his trailer park. Unfortunately he did not provide the lot number for where his trailer sits, which means UPS was unable to know which trailer the package should be delivered to. Since the address was incomplete - a return to sender was initiated.

Mr. Conwell insisted that the error was our fault, making unreasonable demands all while failing to acknowledge the address he provided was incomplete.

Mr. Conwell also provided a 5 star review with our company - a review that currently lives on our reviews page and will continue to live there in permanently.

As communicated to Mr. Conwell several times previously, a refund will be processed at which time the package has been delivered back to our location.

Great product, service and price

The shirts we bought are excellent quality. Our staff loves the way they fit and feel. Believe me, that’s not always the case with our uniform shirts. Embroidered logo looks great too.

We ordered 3 sweatshirts

We ordered 3 sweatshirts, different colors. The quality was better than most today (not made in China) and they arrived in a reasonable time. Would do business with them again.

Happy Husband

Quality subpar and horrible customer service…

Shirts look totally different in pics than online - material, quality etc subpar. But the worst is their RUDE and condescending customer service. Stay far AWAY from this company.

We ordered $600 of shirts and zipper…

We ordered $600 of shirts and zipper jackets for the company . Every single one of the long sleeve shirts came in with one arm longer than the other . The short sleeve shirts collars look like they were all different sizes. Asked for replacement or anything else , they said no because they are embroidered . So I guess they will end up in the trash. We have ordered many times . Never had any major issues . Small things. This order is horrible and they don’t want to do anything about it .

THANK FOR THE RESPONSE. All the long sleave shirts were defective. One sleave is longer than the other.

Maja from 904 Cars in Jacksonville ordered custom shirts for their company. Upon arrival Maja contacted us via live chat stating she did not prefer the fit of the mediums (too small) and wished to return them. We informed Maja that shirts already embroidered with her logo cannot be returned.

Maja ended the chat and returned a short time later started a new chat (likely hoping for another agent) asking to return the items because they were defective. We informed her that is was not likely or even possible that 30 shirts from three different brands/manufacturers would all be defective. We did offer to replace any garment that was defective. Of course replacements of the same shirt would not be satisfactory because the actual issue is the shirts were smaller than they would prefer - not that they are defective.

Maja returned a 3rd time and became verbally abusive and belligerent at which time we wisher her a Merry Christmas and ended communications with her.

Pro Tip - If you have never seen or worn a particular garment - order a sample to check for fit before placing a large order with your logo embroidered.

Pro Tip 2 - Rather than tossing away garments that do not fit - keep them around for future employees or giveaways.

DO NOT ORDER CUSTOM EMBROIDERY FROM THIS COMPANY

I have ordered embroidered shirts from this company before for my company. We upgraded our company from an LLC to an S Corp and so I ordered another custom order with the updated logo. I placed the order, sent in the new logo, and approved the UPDATED LOGO. When I received the order, they had used the wrong logo, and when I brought the error to their attention, they said it was my fault for not mentioning the logo had changed, and that somewhere in their fine print they say they may use old logos. What the actual heck? They offered me no solution, no replacements, and not even a discount on future orders. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and will make sure to spread the word to all small business owners!

The following information was provided to you in the order confirmation sent to you on 9/26.

"If you are a returning customer, your logo will be printed identically to your previous purchase unless specific changes are requested."

Your order was completed with the logo you have previously approved and delivered on October 11th.

Unfortunately we were notified on 10/27, 16 days after delivery, that changes were needed to the logo on file. We would have been happy to remove "LLC" from your logo had that been communicated to us anytime prior to the completion of your order.

Additionally, a new logo was not approved by you - for this order. Had you requested changes to the logo on file we would have sent a revised sew-out for you to review and approve. We would not have completed your order - with the requested changes - until we had written approval to proceed.
