I ordered a 2XXL shirt

I ordered a 2XXL shirt . It fit way to tight . The shirt said it was XXL. From my experience with bigger shirts since I am big chested 2XXL is usually bigger then XXL. I tried to return it but it will cost $15. I contacted bigtopdhirttop. Went into Chat and the person on the chat was not friendly and rood. He said “ I got what I ordered “ no apology, nothing. Never order from here. Now I am stuck with this shirt that cost me total of $33. Very bad business .

We can only assume this review is from Veronica Martin, not "Sue" because we have talked to Veronica multiple times about this order. 3 times via live chat and additionally via email.

Customer acknowledged receiving exactly what they ordered. There is no apology due for this.

Customer has been sent return instructions via email because they stated they did not prefer the fit. Customer is welcome to return their order if they choose not to keep it.

I ordered 4 tank tops

I ordered 4 tank tops, size 4xl, last week. They arrived yesterday. They fit perfectly. The price was unbelievable (under $10 each). They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. I have no issue with them.

So I did not receive confirmation emails when I contacted them first.You can't call them and their chat is manned by someone who is smarquis.Unhelpful does not read your responses before response.
I would not use this company again.If they were the only shirt company on the planet.
So to kind of sum up how this was working. I didn't have any way to confirm my account. Your system wasn't working well, but the person on the help desk was able to pull up my information. Tell me what dates what orders I had but refused to cancel them because I did not have the order reference number which was not emailed to me until the middle of the conversation it was sent to me and they accuse me then of lying the whole time.
Avoid this company at all cost. The most rude and unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced.
Not at 1 time, were they ever nice?Or helpful in any way.

On 3/17 @ 10:00am Joseph Dawson contacted us via live chat for help canceling an order he placed in error. For 9 minutes he refused to provide us with his order number. For 9 minutes he insisted we were not a real person, refused to sign into his account, threatened to call his bank and report fraud, and on and on. Finally, at 10:10am Joseph Dawson decided to cooperate and provided us with his order number. At his request the duplicate order was canceled at 10:11 and conformed for Joseph. Joseph replied at 10:12 stating we are not good at our jobs.

⚠️CAUTION⚠️ Scammers

Sizes are not accurate at all! And if you need to do a return or exchange have fun paying for the shipping fees and good luck getting your money back for your items. This company is a complete joke and will rob you blind. I got a hoodie that was not true to size. Then tried to return it and had to pay an extra $15 to just send it back for 2 months later them saying they never received it! So now I’m out the original cost and two shipping fees.

I purchased over $100 of shirts and…

I recently purchased over $100 of shirts and sweatshirts. I received an email cancelling 2 shirts costing $50 but was only refunded $44. I inquired why through the messaging ap. I was told I couldn’t order those shirts without screen printing and that I should have realized that from the website. The customer service rep was condescending and rude. I truly never saw that on those shirts. I thought it was interesting that the cancellation made no mention as to why the order was cancelled. I assumed they were sold out. I can never deal again with a company that allows their customer service reps to speak to customers in that fashion. I will recommend to our five teams that we never utilize them when we order team shirts!!

As explained to you at great length via email, two of the four items you purchased cannot be shipped bank under any circumstances. New Era does not allow for these items to ship without screen printing or embroidery. You were informed of this before the item could be added to your cart. You could only add these items to your cart once you agreed to the policy. These two items were refunded. What was not refunded was the cost of the other two items you ordered and the $9.99 shipping fee to ship the two remaining items.

Terrible Customer Service

Shirt quality is not good and was denied returns on two standalone single items i bought because they said it was a bulk order (I did buy 11 of another shirt, but only one of the two I wanted to return). At no point in the process did it warn me that somehow this "bulk" order would mean the items were not eligible to be returned - would NOT recommend buying from this supplier

Could not get anyone to call me bad customer service

Wow I see I’m not the only one to have problems with the attitude from the person whom I spake with this is rediculous they should have more or better respect for their customers you would think I’m just praying I get my order and don’t get scammed I asked for them to call me tbh I just wanted to make sure they were legit but idk I just hope I ain’t lost my money smh this is a prime example of why I do not like to order anything off line

I simply asked when I was getting my shirt and the attitude I got from the person was astounding, my email was not rude I even thanked them and this person comes back with the most condescending attitude for no reason. I work hard for my money and the fact that I spent it on this site and these people have zero tact in dealing with customers is insane. It's not my fault you hate your job for crying out loud. Such a gross experience. I hope my shirt actually fits because looking at these reviews this company seems to not have it together at all. I hope they find some joy soon because by the sound of their customer service it seems like misery is more what they selling than shirts.

We replied and explained that all orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase, as detailed during checkout and in each email sent regarding your purchase. You replied and stated that no one remembers what was stated at checkout and we should put it in our emails. We replied to you again and stated this information was not only provided at checkout, but ALSO in each email we sent you. What you asked us to do was already being done for you. Customer continues to complain that they do not get timely replies. We replied to her first email within 15 minutes. Replied to her second email within 2.5 hours. Replied to her 3rd email within 5 minutes. Insisted she had provided us the information we requested when in reality she had sent it to another company entirely. When she finally got information to our company she sent repeated emails, all saying the same thing, on the same day. This landed her emails in our spam folder due to sending frequency. Sending this volume of emails WILL slow down our ability to reply in a timely manner. As for our reply, you threatened to dispute the charge with your financial institution - you have every right to do this - and doing so will result in our communication directly with your bank rather than with you.

I received a damaged shirt from this company. Willing to share pics if needed.

You guys refused to refund me.

I received the shirt too late so I didn't need it anymore. When I asked to return the shirt for a refund I was told it was to late to request a refund. That's fine, I understood. But when I took the shirt out the bag to hang it up in the closet there was a black mark on the sleeve and black smudge on the shirt. At least exchange the shirt.

I contacted chat to find out if the business

I contacted chat to find out if the business is legitimate. I reached a bot named T, who in fact answered all the questions. They provide no address, no telephone number, and ultimately I told them that is a concern. He told me his name is Tony, and said even though he won't give his last name, they can collect ours. I order three shirts for around $38.00…

I order three shirts for around $38.00 in size 2xl. They were small so ordered three others from a different manufacturer in 3xl with an increased cost and paid for it. I filled out the return form, and got an email back with the form listed again but no return address listed. I then went on to live chat and was given the runaround and after giving whoever it was the order number he said an email was sent at 132PM. I went to my email and nothing and he was rude also. All I want is to get a return address something that should take minutes but now has turned into much more. Buyer beware..

Never received an email about this order.. They are trying to tell me I used a different email address which I didnt. I finally got back into my old email and there was not one email from them in either one of the email accounts. I was told when I was having difficulty trying to get the old email up to "put my big girl panties on and figure it out!>

Then admitted you have two, the second of which you entered when you made your purchase. All emails are being sent to your gmail account, which you said you do not have the password for. You said your kids would need to help you, because you are not good on the internet. Maybe the can help you locate the emails you are being sent.

Sir, you sent an email to us complaining about how to print an email we sent you. We never replied. When you chatted with our live chat 5 days later we explained how you can return your order. At the bottom of your packing slip, included with your delivery, are instructions for return. Never did we state that we "did not want to exchange or return" your shirt. As you continued with the nonsense for another 15 minutes, you then stated you wouldn't be purchasing from us in the future. We agreed with you that we are not a good fit for you and your future needs. We wish you the best of luck.

XXL is NOT the same as 2x

Well, sorry to add my negative review, but the shirts I ordered were advertised "2X" and arrived an "XXL" which is NOT the same, as anyone plus sized can tell you. I can return them at my own expense. They will not pay return shipping, per their policy, because the measurements for the shirts are on the site. True, but if I usually easily wear at 2X, why would I look at the measurements? I did not order the identical item from Amazon because Amazon stated theirs were XXL. Sure wish I had! I would have free returns. I will never order from this store again.

I have ordered five polo shirts

I have ordered five polo shirts, and a package is lost and they will not refund my money. I got very rude response back from the customer service and it’s actually the owner Tony on my email that I am acting like a Karen. He also left a 1*review on my business page and this order has nothing to do with my real estate business. Horrible service and especially from a business owner.
Everything on his reply is a lie because I did not threatened anyone. I called USPS myself and the clerk told me to call or email the company and ask for a refund because they do not know where the package is. It’s lost in Transit I was told by USPS. It’s my fault I should’ve read all the horrible reviews before I ordered anything but lesson learned. I wish I could upload all his emails here that were so unprofessional.

Update 1:

We'd be happy to post the entire email exchange on our website and link it here if you would like them available for all.

Explained to Martina Miller that her package is currently in transit to her (link to tracking below). Explained that a claim can be opened with the carrier should the package not arrive. She replied "I will report this to BBB and also make sure nobody else order from you guys" and "I will dispute the charges with my bank. I have all the emails to prove. Thank you"

As detailed via email, should the package not arrive, a lost package claim will be opened per the standard process with the carrier. That said, the package is currently within the window for which delivery can be completed.

Unfortunately ownership became involved when Ms. Miller became belligerent and threatening. Because she was emailing from a business email address with an e-signature representing a large corporation, we thought it necessary that her communications be sent to leadership so they were aware of how these unprofessional emails may be perceived.

It's a scam company. Do not fall for the fake reviews. They'll never send your items, claim the mail must of lost it and refuse to help you

As you can see by the reply, they will just deny everything and still not give a real result. You can check their history, it's nothing but rude people avoiding giving you what you paid for. But it looks like they will make up dates on deliveries if you Bug them long enough. But when you track it there is still no info provided. So if they "don't have package" and the tracking is wrong, where are they coming up with the dates? Then lose their mind when you question it.

Yes. Keep proving to us that you will give random updates to lie. Yet tracking shows nothing. Proving my point on your scam business.

Really dead set on embarrassing themselves.

Avoid like the plague

I bought a shirt from this company awhile back. My best friend was getting married and I was the best man in the wedding. I ordered with ample time left before the wedding and paid for standard shipping. Within a day or two, I got an email saying my shirt had been shipped. Days and days went by and the wedding date was approaching. My shirt still hadn't arrived yet. I checked the tracking number and it turns out "shipped" meant just that the shipping label had been created. The item hadn't actually been in transit and was still sitting in the warehouse. It was clear at this point, that my shirt would not make it in time for the wedding. I had to re-order another shirt and pay for overnight shipping. I wanted to go with a different company, but the groomsmen all had matching shirts that BTSS only seemed to sell, so I had no choice. I sent an email to BTSS asking them why this had happened. I made it known in the email that I was not happy about the shipping situation on the first shirt, but I absolutely kept it professional. The owner replied and was a very hostile jerk right out of the gate. He refused to cancel the first order or to let me return it for a refund and straight up told me he wouldn't respond to me anymore. I meant to challenge this on my credit card but never got around to it. I probably would have won because the package arrived late and this wasn't the fault of the carrier. Buy your shirts elsewhere. The man that runs this shop is a crony bully.

Company sells out of stock items, charges you, cancels the order, then makes you wait up to 2 weeks for a refund

While it seems this company is legit, I ran into a frustrating issue. I placed a small order, only 2 shirts, blank, not customized. My order was confirmed immediately via email and my card charged immediately. Simultaneously i received a cancelation notice from bigtopshirtshop, stating my order couldn't be fulfilled as they were out of stock, and I'd receive a refund in the future (7-10 business days). Thankfully it wasn't a huge order. But bigtopshirtshop should have marked the item out of stock. Ethically they should NOT have processed my order, taken immediate payment and Simultaneously canceled the order while still processing payment from me. Why should I have to wait to receive money for items they NEVER HAD TO SELL in the first place. So I'd say be careful what you order, except that there's no way to know what they do or don't have in stock, clearly. I reached out to them via their text support system regarding my refund. I received a fairly sarcastic, demeaning response, directing me to reopen the cancelation email, re-read it, and confirm that I "understood" my refund would be forthcoming. Thanks bigtopshirtshop, the entire point was that no payment should have ever been processed. What a negative experience!

Hello Jennifer Masella. Your order from 4/17 @ 12:10pm was canceled and refunded the same day at 2:40pm when it was found that the item you ordered had sold out. This happens from time to time when in demand items have low inventory. An email was sent to you with confirmation. Nowhere do we state that it will take 7-10 business days for you to receive your refund. Our emails says it will take a couple of days. As explained to you via live chat, the length of time for the funds to display in your account will vary from bank to bank. A quick check with your bank on their funds availability policy will provide a bit more clarity should you choose to take that step.
