My brother got me the faiza hoops for my birthday and sadly after having them for just about 2 weeks a jem fell off, however I emailed them and they replied in under 24 hours and were very kind enough to issue me a replacement free of charge! I love all their pieces and there team is lovely!

When I received a fault in an item I bought the customer service was incredible as they reached out to me fast and sorted the issue. Despite having a minor issue the quality of the jewellery is amazing.

I love Bijoux de Mimi their jewellery is amazing, so beautiful and colourful, and such good quality for the price and now waterproof too. All my jewellery is Bijoux. Their summer store and pop up events are so fun and the bijoux community is so lovely. Their customer service is also great and if you ever have a problem they are more than happy to help 💗✨

My daughter loves your products and they have, until this one item, always been perfect. I contacted you with a request for a replacement and expected to wait a couple of days ... within minutes a reply and the most amazing customer service. You couldn't have been more helpful. You can only really judge a company when there is a 'blip' and I thought that Bijoux could show 'older' retailers how to deal with/help customers. Brilliant!

Customer service is so speedy and always happy to help, really cannot fault them. I have purchased many pieces and can advocate for the waterproof claim. The pieces are genuinely so pretty and great value. I've had an issue with two bracelet chains breaking but both were replaced and at my house in under 3 days.

Amazing gorgeous pieces that have not tarnished at all. Whilst some stones fell out of my Martha bangle, customer service was fantastic and apologised and sent me a new one without me even asking the same day. Amazing company xx

A few of my pieces broke and the second they did i popped a email they replied with in a hour asked me to send a photo and i had replacements of all pieces within 3 days

I had an amazing experience with customer service because i had a slight issue with a piece of my jewellery and they resolved it immediately and i was over the moon about how they solved my issue!!

Sadly my tennis bracelet broke so emailed bijoux and they got back to me within an hour and said they had sent out a replacement and would be with me within 1-4 days. Obsessed with all the jewellery and especially love the turquoise!

I had an issue with an order and the team got back to me so quickly and replaced the items for me without me even having to ask. Worth also saying it’s the only issue I have ever had across multiple orders with Bijoux (addicted to their turquoise jewellery with a tan!!) and am really impressed by the service. Thank you!

Earlier in the year, I was gifted a gold and green India droplet necklace. The other day, a gem fell out. After going onto the website and finding their customer inquiry page, I explained what had happened and they responded the next day. After finding my order they were very quick to send out a replacement and I couldnt be any happier. Thank you very much to the whole team!

After an initial slow response to my daughter's emails regarding her broken bracelet, Bijoux de mimi have stepped up and organised a replacement. Otherwise my daughter has many lovely items that are very reasonably priced.

My daughter loves Bijoux De Mimi so we ordered some earrings and a necklace for her birthday - all were completely gorgeous but slight issue with one of the pairs of earrings. I contacted customer services straight away and they were amazing! Instant replacement. Superb service - highly recommend.

We felt welcomed and valued as customers - the sales staff were so knowledgeable, helpful and were friendly and professional at all times.
