Delighted with a first class service
Delighted with a first class service. Very quick to reply to a query and their jewellery is just lovely. I bought a birthday gift for my granddaughter and she will be thrilled. Their packaging and attention to detail is first class!

Avoid! poor qaultiy products and even worse customer service.
Brought a Martha Waterproof Bangle
£35.50 as a present for my daughter. Most of the stones have fallen out within weeks, bearing in mind she has only worn it a couple of times
I know sometimes there are faulty designs but the lack of customer service from Bjoux de Mimi is truly awful. Won't be buying or recommending them again. Don't use this company.

Careful! My daughter bought a pair of earrings from the pop up shop, the clasp didn’t close so they were useless. I emailed and they sent a video showing how to ‘fix’ them. Not impressed, pushed and they said to send them back which I did via Royal Mail (not recorded as it was £9 for a £26 pair of earrings) they’re saying they haven’t received them. Dodgy company, poor quality and bad customer service. They should have replaced them, they didn’t. AVOID! They target young girls for cheap trashy jewellery and have so many t&c’s you have no leg to stand on as a consumer once they have their pocket money - disgusting.

Replace quickly
I purchased a necklace for my sister and after some wear and tear the necklace broke. I contacted customer services and they actually fully replaced the necklace! Wonderful experience and my sister is over the moon🩷

I’ve been a Bijoux customer for years…
I’ve been a Bijoux customer for years now, since the very beginning and I’m still a huge fan!
I’ve ordered countless times have always been very impressed by the process.
On one occasion Royal Mail did lose my parcel (when they were having a lot of issues) and the customer service was exceptional.
I was ordering for a family members birthday so it was quite an urgent situation but the Bijoux team were so quick to get back to me and rectify the problem. (Even though it wasn’t their fault!!!)
I love the really affordable gorgeous designs. Will continue to be a customer of theirs for many years to come.
