Bikester Avis 1 962

I ordered 2 bikes last Nov 17,2023, one was delivered and the other is still missing until now. I sent a request to support without any response. I also called the support number and I am suppose to receive an email but still haven't received anything. Customer service is really bad.

Sehr schlechter Support, wenn die Lieferung defekt ankommt. Ewig dauernde Antwortzeiten. Keine konstruktive Lösung in Sicht.

Retourenpaket bereits am 31.10.2023 verschickt und am 07.11.2023 eine Mail von Bikster erhalten, dass sie das Paket bekommen haben, aber noch nicht bearbeitet haben. Nun bekomme ich eine Mahnung von Klarna, dass ich die Ware bezahlen muss! Bikster reagiert nicht auf meine Anfrage. Bodenlose Frechheit!

hab vor knapp 4 Wochen bestellt, es fehlen nach wie vor Teile im Wert von ca. 140€, bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung bekommen!
Bei der Service Nummer 5mal probiert, jedes Mal ein gefühltes 20 Sekunden Gespräch geführt und dann einfach aus der Leitung geworfen worden!

Rate dringendst ab, bei der Seite zu bestellen!

Achtung - aufgrund der Insolvenz der Signa Gruppe wird wohl keine Ware mehr versendet. Warte seit mehreren Wochen auf bereits bezahlte Ware, erhalte vom Support auch keine Rückantwort trotz mehrfacher Urgenz.
Warum der Webshop immer noch läuft ist mir ein Rätsel.

Ich warte seit Woche auf die Rückzahlung, Paypal schon eingeschaltet aber keine Rückmeldung seit 2 Wochen Von Bikester.

ware bestellt am 14.10 bestellt. bikester meldet am 23.10 konkurs an. bis heute weder ware geliefert noch geld retour... finde es eine frechheit, dass der store ohne hinweis auf den konkurs online ist. aktuell würde ich nichts bestellen.

Bikester ist insolvent! gehören zum Signa-Konzern!
Eine Frechheit, dass man dort immer noch bestellen kann.
Sie nehmen das Geld und liefern aber nicht mehr aus.
Ich habe am 15.Okt. bestellt und noch immer keine Ware erhalten.
Die Hotline verdröstet einem immer um wenige Wochen, aber ich glaube nicht mehr daran, dass ich mein Paket bekomme.
Bestellstatus meiner Bestellung ist übrigens "Versendet"!

Ich habe sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit bikester gemacht, da ich nie das Geld meiner Rücksendung erhalten habe, obwohl ich mehrfach eine Email geschrieben habe und über die Email auch bestätigt wurde, dass die Rücksendung rückerstattet wird, habe ich das Geld nie erhalten. Kann es daher nicht weiterempfehlen!!

Bestellung von vor mehr als einem Monat noch nicht geliefert. Geld wurde schon abgebucht. Nach einem Monat jetzt endlich eine Rückmeldung - Unternehmen ist anscheinend in Konkurs

Unfortunately, this has not been the case, and I have received no notification regarding the status of my order. After a week of waiting, I decided to reach out to customer service, but to my surprise, I have not received any response.

The complete lack of communication is downright disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer, one would expect, at the very least, a confirmation of the order and some information on when to expect the product. The lack of customer service responsiveness is unacceptable and reflects a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.

I want to caution other potential customers about this poor service. It seems that Bikester.at is unable to fulfill even the most basic customer expectations. My advice to others would be to exercise caution when considering a purchase from this store. There are plenty of other reliable online retailers that provide the service a customer deserves.

Wie immer alles bestens schneller Versand gute Ware

Habe vor 1 Monat Ware bestellt. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet bzw. mittlerweile bekomme ich gar keine Info mehr.
Anscheinend ist das Unternehmen in Konkurs.
Würde nichts mehr dort bestellen.

- ordered a month ago.
- a couple of days after the order, came confirmation of dispatch and tracking number. Until now everything is OK.
- after three weeks nothing arrived.
- question to the DPD where the parcel is.
- answer: Bikester established a tracking number with DPD, but did not deliver the goods.
- Contact with Bikester - just Ticket. No Telephone, no Chat.
- after 5 days no answer.
- I lost 50 euros for bike tires. I can't imagine buying a whole bike from this store.
