I was speaking to a very helpful and polite advisor, nothing I asked was a problem, got me a good deal which is the important thing.

I have just completed a communication with an operator (Amelia) about a switch issue I was not happy with and wanted to cancel the switch. Initially I felt that my concern was not being addressed but after a couple of messages Amelia proved to be efficient and knowledgeable and was able to sort out my concerns to my satisfaction. She was swift and focused and I am more than happy with the end result.

The agent who served me was Amelia.
A very helpful person to be in touch with when you are already stressed and what to get something over with as painlessly as possible.
Amelia went through what was required quickly and very much to my satisfaction.
Someone you would go back to and I hope she is appropriately rewarded for the great service.
