I would like to commend Bird Voyage for their efficient handling of our flight booking London-Kolkata return earlier this year. Jay who did our booking deserves special recognition. I would also like to mention Dominic in the Delhi office who dealt with our flight changes and made sure that we got the flights we wanted. I can strongly recommend Bird Voyage.

I've had a really great experience with an exceptionally good travel agent; namely Bird Voyage, and in particular, Austin. He went over the top to be helpful in finding flights and fitting in with complicated arrangements.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Victor was helpful and accommodating, which was valuable for booking a multi-city holiday, including the internal flight hassle.
