Bird Voyage Avis

I would highly recommend Kevin from Bird Voyage for any travel needs. From start to finish, Kevin handled my flight booking with the utmost professionalism, care, and dedication. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely takes ownership of every detail, and Kevin truly did just that.

Kevin was incredibly patient, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my requirements, offered the best possible options, and ensured everything was perfectly aligned with my travel needs. Thanks to Kevin’s expertise, the entire booking experience was smooth, stress-free, and reassuring.

What really sets Kevin apart is his commitment to excellence. He followed up promptly, double-checked every detail, and made sure I felt confident and supported at every step. It’s clear that Kevin at Bird Voyage takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering outstanding service.

If you’re looking for someone reliable, professional, and dedicated, Kevin at Bird Voyage is the person to go to. I would absolutely trust Kevin again for future travel arrangements and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a seamless flight booking experience.

Brilliant service. Thanks Brad

Fantastic service

I was having difficulty booking a flight to the Philippines, a lot of the advertised flights have gone by the time you actually try to book, for that reason I decided to try this company. Rav the agent was most helpful in finding a suitable flight for me, I will use certainly be using them for any future travel arrangements.

Amazing service and genuine. I am sceptical person, and was suspicious at first as it felt like it’s too good to be true, Kevin the agent who was assisting me took a lot of time and effort to find the cheapest option for us. They are also ATOL registered and their service before and after is incredible . Thanks you Kevin and Rav

I had an amendment to be made on the luggage, Kevin is been not only able to manage the situation, but also to help me with my anxiety about the wrong luggages.

Definitely a help you want to receive!

We made our first reservation with this company, and the staff has been very helpful. Specially CrishtalThey replied quickly every time I had a question. The only issue is that we never received the ATOL protection certificate.

I was very impressed with the friendly, personal and efficient services provided by the two Birdvoyage agents who dealt with me, namely Crystal and Rav. Well done, both! I would commend the company and the above mentioned staff to anyone else considering buying their travel tickets via this company.

The service i received from Victor was "second to none" he is "number one!". Very best indeed. He stayed calm, composed and unfazed, this is despite several changes I made to my travel plans, Victor dealt with it with true professionalism. He is a great asset to his company. Directors take care of him. I only purchased my tickets from your company because of him. Until now me and my extended family in UK (121 of us) have always purchased all our air travel tickets from one company for 45 years now. However, with the service I received from Victor I know all our immediate family travel arrangements will be carried out through you and I will do my very best to convince the extended family too.

Steve was very helpful throughout the time i spoke to him. Helped find my ticket reference quickly and gave advice that is straight forward and best for me.
Helped with correcting the mistake in spelling of the name.

My experience with this company bought tickets his name is STEVE was helpful no fuss know what he is talking about happy with the service job well done.

Rav Soni, provided after sales which was beyond expectations. He helped with booking seats, board passing and any information, I asked for with regards to my flight booking. Rav is a real credit to Bird Voyage Company.
Thanks Rav...

We were given a good discounted price for our tickets to Canada. However, the Airline charged us for our check-in baggage which came to around £240 each way. We had to pay the money at the airport. However after our holiday the travel agent rep ‘Jay’ was very kind and understanding and helped us get a full refund of the excess baggage charge that was paid. He gave us exceptional ‘customer services’

I spoke with a very friendly, helpful customer services agent named Rav. Everything was explained to me in great detail and my query was solved. Very satisfactory conclusion. Thank you Mr Rav.

It was really lovely talking to Nelson and he helped us to making the booking and he was hilarious in his job
