Cancelled subscription still charged
Cancelled my subscription several months ago, woke up today to find they had charged my paypal for another 6 bottles without asking, this is the second time they have billed me without approval.
Now they are saying my order number here is from several years ago even though I have a receipt from 02/04/25 with that number on it. I'd post the photo but this wont let me. I've already been in email contact and they have refused to refund this order.

Best tasting bovine broth protein powder I've tasted. The salted caramel is not too sweet and taste creamy. I don't get that icky after taste that I usually get with protein powders.
Love the current 2 for 1 special, what a great deal!!!

There was a mistake made with my order which happens to plenty of people and companies, but the customer service following is always the make or break in my opinion.
Zee responded to my email right away and was absolutely wonderful, even had my correct order shipped before I had even seen the response!
Very quick, very helpful and I really appreciate the high quality service from Zee, and the chocolate protein powder sample that I did receive was DELICIOUS and I felt the same high energy I get from the mushroom powder :)
