Good service & warranty. Seems very easy to use, happy with the product so far ... and a few weeks later, I am finding this hob more & more intuitive.

The phone was quickly answered. The only hiccup was finding the seller. A 5 year guarantee is apprciated.

It is great to have a fridge/freezer again after several weeks without. The fridge/freezer is working well. Disappointed that the person installing it didn’t manage to put in the sticky strip that fills the gap between the appliance and cabinet properly. The shop is going to rectify this problem, but the appliance itself is great.

Online help was a mess. Kept getting referred back to domestic & general even though I was told that my guarantee had to be registered with Blomberg direct. A lot of confusion as to whether I have a 3 or 5 year warranty.

All attempts to register failed even with help from your staff your staff concluded I go back to the supplier and have them register for you, I did and Pearsons the supplier had to assist

Brought a freestanding Blomberg double oven gas back in 2025 - lovely looking but had problems with Gas cutting out in high heat . Eventually after numerous engineer visits oven was uplifted and replaced with new and improved model GGRN655. Unfortunately new model does exactly the same and now 3 engineer visits in having had thermocouple replaced etc etc and still cuts out at high heat so obviously a manufacturer issue . Awaiting on my 4th upcoming engineer visit but don’t hold out much . Constant bad comms with Blomberg and Beko but getting nowhere fast and have raised formal complaint now .
Hob is fab and oven is solid but I think to have two ovens with exactly the same fault at high heat needs attention.
Would I buy again - absolutely not and I wish I had chosen a different oven from my local supplier at the time

Registration of warranty not straight forward

A brand new oven and on first use the top oven got so hot I couldn't touch the handle to open the door. The bottom oven got hot but never to the correct temperature on the dial. Having been told by the Hughes electrical tech team that I must have connected it wrong we had to wait 5 days for a blomberg engineer to attend to check it. The engineer that attended found that the thermostats for each oven had been installed in reverse. Top for bottom and vice versa. He changed these over and all worked perfectly. He took no time in working this out after explaining the issue. Very impressed with the engineer who attended but very poor quality control.

Had to replace washing machine to match, as near as possible, depth of Machine due to waste pipes etc!
Very happy with machine as integrated wasn’t possible, looks & washing results so far great.

I was satisfied with the last Blomberg dishwasher. It made sense to buy another.
