You had problems with phone connections, so had to do guarsntee work on line, very inconvenient.

Easy to find the type of washing machine I wanted. Atkinsons (where I ordered it) were very helpful arranging delivery and installation. The lady I spoke to at Blomberg to register my machine was very helpful explaining the procedure. The machine itself is stylish and looks good. And it works.

Exactly what we wanted - a first class quality machine at a sensible price. Does what we want, and more. Ticks all the boxes. Thank you.

Very difficult to activate guarantee - was told by one person it came with 5 year warranty- but then by another 3 year. And then when I looked into details the warranty hardly covered anything - with high cost call out. Spent nearly £800 on cooker but disappointed at how basic it is.

Helpful fitters

The ordering process and delivery went smoothly and to plan. This is not a product review (we only just got it) but the freezer appears to be working properly. I knocked one star off because, in order to register the guarantee, I had to enter rather too much personal information and I am expecting to find myself repelling spam in the near future.

Price and the technology built in the machine.

From start to finish was excellent,The 2 gentleman what came to the house did a first class job .

Old cooker went wrong on September 8th so ordered new one which was delivered a day later. The new one seems to be really good and works well,hopefully will last as long as the old one.

The machine has a cutlery tray but a cutlery basket as an accessory as well if needed. The controls are easy to use. It has a speedy wash - handy for cups, lightly soiled crockery etc. Quiet when operating. Has option to automatically open the door when finished wash cycle. 5 year guarantee when registered product. Very pleased overall with the dishwasher.

Excellent product well designed. Instruction leaflet very poor, didn’t explain where to use plastic screw caps and small plastic cover plates.

The Blomberg SSM4554 tall larder fridge needs an extra middle shelf which I had to order. Otherwise, it works efficiently on the lower temperature settings.

Euronics supplied and installed my new Blomberg washing machine. It comes with a 5 year guarantee parts and labour, which is amazing!

So far I’m loving my new appliance. It is quieter than my old machine, has a great range of programmes and super effective spin speed of 1400 rpm.
