Blomberg Avis 

Appalling customer service two hours nearly trying to speak to someone regarding fault on my washer drier. Passed from pillar to post because I have an “extended” warranty from manufacturer none apparently can deal with?? Given watts app number when I complained after speaking to AI they “passed” me on to the team that ALSO didn’t respond! Disgusting! So they give you a5 year “guarantee” as a sweetener then make out so hard to get through you can’t utilise it when you need to! Well done Blomberg this has put me off ever buying from you again despite the machine being good (not the drier as now faulty) if you can’t give good customer service up are not fit for purpose in my book.

UPDATE managed to get a call from Beko that didn’t really help at all! They wanted proof I was eligible for five year guarantee (which I have) but all avenues they suggested I take to upload documents didn’t work! You can’t speak to anyone or email anyone and the watts app is just AI SO HOW IS A CUSTOMER SUPPOSED TO RESOLVE ISSUES?? they did make apt for engineer which is great but if I need to do this again it concerns me the stress it has taken to get this far! They also have no wish to resolve issues for customers and don’t even have an independent complaints process that feeds back to client so how is this company still going under British consumer law I don’t know! At least I have evidence I purchased from EURONIC store which entitles me to fine year guarantee I just have to be able to send the evidence to them I wonder if they want the customer to be able to do this? Come on Bloomberg you ate in UK you should be more compliant with consumer law.

Phoned in to try and book a repair. After a 20 minute wait a representative told me I was being transferred but nothing happened. Next thing, I was being asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey.

Tried again. Robot told me I had to contact the retailer. Retailer said I had to do it through Blomberg. Went through the ai system again - dead end again!

Finally I emailed their customer support. I'm not hopeful.

We had a real delay due to damaged door, fitter then arriving with a handle then another door which was even more damaged.
It all came right with third door eventually arriving and fitted before CT Bell delivered again.
CT Bell were exceptional and held all the situation together.

Thurs am Door fell off old underworktop fridge which had just been restocked. Propped Door back and visited local Euronics store pm. Good selection but liked handle opening plus inside layout and look of fridge. Ordered and paid install/takeaway old charge. Delivered and set up by efficient helpful staff Friday 10.30 next day.

The whole experience was very good from purchase at the store to the machine being delivered. The extended warranty was a factor in buying the machine.

Lots of help from the shop staff , unit replacement fitted quickly, and the old unit taken away.

You had got the appliance that we wanted

The product is top class. The washing machine has a great range of settings. I particularly like shorter settings and it has a steam setting which is great for clothes worn once. I would highly recommend.

Quick, simple to buy, and an excellent shopping experience from Euronics/Castleford Domestic Appliances, and the two lads who installed the Blomberg fridge/freezer were pleasant, polite, and friendly. Cleaned up and took everything away. Extremely pleased with the whole experience
