Blomberg Avis 

Not happy that after registering for the 5 year guarantee , it showed only 3 years. This was rectified to a 5 year guarantee only after 2 phone calls.

Very helpful service and having had Blomberg goods before we trust will benefit from the same excellent service we have already received.

Registration of the product was straight forward and quickly dealt with.

I would have liked more storage compartments as theirs only one at the bottom you should put that it covers 5 years warranty as it’s integrated in the instructions bucket it says 3 which is a bit misleading

I love my new washing machine! From the number of programmes to the stable spinning, it is a step up for me from my previous (non-Blomberg) machine.

We are pleased with the dishwasher. The store where we purchased it from also arranged for the delivery and installation as well as the removal and disposal of the old machine, and the agent wouldn't leave until he was satisfied that we understood how to operate it (not really difficult). The machine does a good job in a hard water area and has a good capacity and also a good range of options in terms of economy mode, intensive mode, and so on. We're pleased with our model, which does a good job - we clearly made a good choice!

My new oven is good and solid tho was very disappointed with the guarantee.Registered this and got 3 years when the booklet told me I was eligible for 5 ! After several phone calls got no further so still 3. Also still have not worked out how to use the automatic timer on the oven,waiting for my grandson to call and help.Unnecessarily complicated !!!

We were in need of a fridge freezer that would operate in an unheated garage.
The Blomberg & other makes were available but the spec and warranty on The Blomberg unit was an overriding decision maker.
Also full marks to Marks Electrical on there excellent service .

Have previously owned Bosch appliances but have been let down badly. On the advice of a local distributor I have within the last two weeks bought a Bloomberg washing machine and dishwasher. These were considerable cheaper than the Bosch replacements although the Bosch models were mere sturdy. I have only used the dishwasher once so only time will tell. It did the job it was supposed to do although the instructions for are somewhat complex.

Very nice replacement to our old Neff which lasted 21 years so we have high hope for this fridge to do the same. Could do with 3 full shelfs and not the 2 and half

Having used the machine three times l am really pleased with it. My only concern is that when I fill the softener compartment it seems to get suctioned straight away.

Could not register my machine for weeks as not on Web site. Warranty then 3yrs not 5 years as before. Salt refill light still won't go out after three weeks of use and salt being full. Not a good start. Doesn't look if it's as good a machine or Warranty as my last Blomberg

I got through to the number provided on the guranrtee form to Domestic Appliances and they directed me to ring Blomberg as according to them my appliance should have 5 years gurantee.
I must have rung Blomberg at least 4 times on different days and was told to ring later as all the staff were busy helping other customers.
Also when i did manage to speak to someone, she took all my details and said i had 3 years guarantee and not 5 years.

The drawers have a poor action and restricts access
Also very hard to get back in when removed

Purchased a new Blomberg Washing Machine and Fridge Freezer. Excellent appliances and my last Blomberg Washing Machine lasted 9 years despite the daily demands put on it so it owed me nothing in the end. Overall, it proved to be a very reliable and durable workhorse for handling full loads of washing on a daily basis. Hoping the new Fridge Freezer will just as durable as the previous washing maching.
