Blundstone Avis 88

Ik kom heel moeilijk in en uit de laarzen.
Als ik er in zit zitten ze superlekker, maar om ze uit te krijgen heb ik een paar extra handen nodig…

I’m absolutely furious with the quality of my Blundstone boots and the way the company has handled my complaint. I paid £150 for a pair of boots I expected to last years, not six weeks. After just a month and a half of very light weekend wear, the leather is already full of deep creases and has developed a large crack. These were meant to be my casual going-out boots, not something I’d be putting through heavy work — yet they look worse than shoes I’ve owned for years.

What’s even more disappointing is Blundstone’s response. Having bought the shoes through Mastershoe shop they said they would contact blundstone with the issue, I was hoping for some kind of support or explanation, they essentially washed their hands of the issue and blamed it on “lack of care.” Lack of care? In six weeks? I’ve treated these boots better than any others I own, and I can’t believe a brand with this reputation thinks this level of durability is acceptable.

For the price I paid, I expected reliability, craftsmanship, and customer service that stands behind its product. Instead, I’m left with cracked leather, a useless pair of boots, and a company that refuses to take responsibility. Honestly, I’ll never buy from Blundstone again, and I’d warn others to think twice before spending this kind of money on boots that clearly can’t handle even light, occasional use in UK climate .

I love my Blundstone boots. Supremely stylish and comfortable they can be worn in any way you choose but I won’t be buying them again. I’d urge anyone thinking of buying a pair to think again if you want boots that really last and don’t have disintegrating soles. Admittedly, I’ve had mine a while but I look after them and whilst the uppers are still like new the soles have literally fallen apart.

Non compratele, dopo pochi mesi di utilizzo, le ho dovute buttare. Suole disintegrate.
Questa mattina, 30 settembre 2025 le ho tolte dalla scatola originale, conservate in cabina armadio con carta all'interno.
Acquistate su Amazon a febbraio 2023, usate un mese nel 2023, messe nell'armadio e non usate lo scorso inverno.
Riprese in mano e lucidate a fine settembre 2025, dopo 15 minuti di camminata, il tempo di arrivare in ufficio e si sono ridotte così.
Per completezza di informazioni, ho contattato Customer Support Blundstone Italia e la risposta è che sono trascorsi i due anni, niente garanzia. Inoltre se le comprate su Amazon brontolano perchè Amazon non è canale ufficiale di vendita.
Non sono più le Blundstone di una volta, sono diventate usa e getta. Mai più! Potete vedere le foto nelle recensioni Google, Amazon, atc.

Jaren blundstone gedragen. Zeer tevreden. 4 jaar met een paar schoenen was geen probleem.
Het zijn nu geen blundstone schoenen meer.
Nu 6 maanden met een paar en de zolen zijn al versleten!!!!!!! Dramatisch. Wat zonde van dit prachtige merk!

Paid £185 for a pair of boots in January 2025. After 4 months of light use, boots leaking water. No offer of replacement, even though they have a lifetime warranty. Advised to use a waterproof treatment, I have been very careful with these boots, with regard to cleaning and waterproofing. Would advise against buying this brand. My Sorrell boots lasted years. No wet feet on country walks.

Premetto che ho sempre utilizzato scarpe blundstone e non ho mai avuto problemi. Ho acquistato un paio molto belle, da Alex calzature a piacenza. Dopo il secondo utilizzo la suola si è sbriciolata completamente. Ho contattato sia il negozio, che l'assistenza blundstone ma visto che non ero più in possesso dello scontrino, mi hanno detto che probabilmente erano scarpe che avevano in magazzino da tempo e mi hanno inviato un buono sconto del 10% in meno sul prossimo acquisto. Sinceramente sono molto delusa sia del negozio e soprattutto da Blundstone. Sicuramente non spenderò più 230 euro per scarpe che si rompono subito.

Una scarpa che NON dura nel tempo. Acquistai lo stivale anni fa a 150€ (ora costa 200€), dopo 6 anni la suola si è spezzata. Questo è un difetto che non ho riscontrato solo sul mio stivale, ma anche la mia famiglia ha avuto lo stesso problema. PECCATO! È uno stivale comodo, anti pioggia ma spendere 200€ per una scarpa che dopo 4/5 anni è da buttare non ne vale la pena. Ho scarpe di altri brand che durano da 10/15 anni. Sarà anche comoda e bella ma la qualità pecca! Che ci sia una strategia di obsolescenza? Contribuire all’inquinamento consumistico vendendo scarpe difettose? Ero intenzionata a riacquistare lo stivale, ma per 200€ valuterò altri brand, se possibile di artigianato e di vera qualità.

Le mie Blundostone mantengono una tomaia in ottimo stato e colore ma la suola in gomma si sta sfarinando .

Ho acquistato nella mia vita almeno 5 paia di Blundstone, diciamo con alterne fortune...la suola si è sbriciolata una volta, le ultime due hanno invece avuto un problema nuovo: all'interno della scarpa si scollava la pelle della punta creando un grande fastidio al piede che strofinava su questo elemento estraneo visto che avrebbe dovuto rimanere incollato. Devo dire che la Società si è dimostrata disponibile e tutte le volte, attraverso il mio negoziante di fiducia, mi ha cambiato le scarpe...però oggettivamente tutti questi problemi in un paio di scarpe che dovrebbero essere indistruttibili non te li aspetti oltretutto pagandole diverse centinaia di euro.

Zeer slechte service. De stiksels lieten al na een paar keer dragen los. Toen ik dit melde kreeg ik te horen dat ik de schoenen op eigen kosten mocht terug sturen zodat ze ze konden onderzoeken... Je krijgt een product van slechte kwaliteit en dan houden ze jou hier verantwoordelijk voor.

Amazingly the quick delivery and beautiful quality. The fit is amazing and super comfortable. Very very impressed.

Suole che si sfaldano dopo un paio di anni. Se ci fosse stata la possibilità avrei messo una votazione nagativa !!! Stivaletti da 200 euro ....Ladri !!

Onvriendelijke klantenservice ontving een paar met beschadigde zolen, maar moet ze zelf op eigen kosten terugsturen. Gemiste kans Blundstone! Wilde drie paar kopen, maar haal ze nu ergens anders en in ieder geval niet rechtstreeks. Beetje service had mij aangeboden ze om te ruilen.

Paid $75 for 1-2 day shipping, emailed to confirm the boots would arrive by the date needed for a trip and let them know the date they were needed and specifically asked that they not be sent expedited if they would not arrive within the dates in the email. Blundstone sent the boots a day late, and is refusing to refund my expedited $75 ( a ridiculous amount for 1-2 days.) Andrew at customer service is curt and impolite.

Zelfde ervaring als in de review hieronder: Blundstone laarzen van €235,95 gekocht en na een paar maanden dragen zijn beide zolen volledig gebarsten, van links naar rechts onder de voorvoet. Dit is echt sh*t kwaliteit die dit merk kapot maakt (voorzover dat niet al gebeurd is)

Appena comprate. Dopo una giornata con queste scarpe, i piedi sono a pezzi. Sono rigidissime.

Pessima,ennesima esperienza. Scarpe belle e comode ma dopo neppure due anni di colpo mentre le porti i tacchi si sbriciolano e le suole si "aprono"! E non è il primo paio! Una vergogna,direi una truffa visto il costo alto.
