Puzzled by reviews below, I had exceptionally good customer service from this company. Was very impressed

Apparently not the only one with an issue with ‘Dave’. I sent a email kindly asking if I could receive shipping on the care kit because I had purchased 440$ worth of boots on the website without the knowledge of that being available to me. Or if alternatively I could purchase it in store somewhere and avoid any shipping fees. To which Dave responded “ You cannot, as all orders under $75 have a flat shipping charge of $12” really thought out message Dave. I love the boots but the careless attitude Dave provided was bull.

Had the worst experience with Dave trying to return my Blundstones that my grandma bought me for Christmas. Never worn, tried on carpet. But because I was out of the return window they wouldn't do anything for me. Even tho they are still for sale on their website?? So frustrating for a company with such an expensive product to have such an unhelpful customer service team. Will never buy from here again.

I placed an order 2020 for MENs US 7 boots with sheepskin lining. The inside of this footbed came with a number 7 size. Ordered another footbed US MENS 7 to replace the old. They sent a size 6 saying it’s AU 6/7 US. It is not and it’s smaller than the initial footbed the boot came with which was indeed a number 7 on the bottom. I took pictures but customer rep Dave is so far into his own a**

On my first day wearing the 500 Chelsea for a 4-mile walk, the soles fell apart, cracked in several places, and pieces of the sole fell off.
Over priced and poor quality, though the leather upper is fine.
BUY ANOTHER BRAND

Had a pair of 192 for what 6 months and they are rubbish the soles lining fell apart so had to buy some new soles, now I slid my foot in the boot last night and the leather is perishing and come apart at the heel part, shocking really as I paid a fair few quid for them. I work in a warehouse and am on my feet walking around almost 9 hours a shift on nights these 192 just are not up for the job.

Love my Blundstone's. They are so versatile, l wear them dog walking, school-run, town, anywhere really. The boots are quick and easy to put on and the best bit so easy to clean! On dog walks they can get quite muddy but they come up as new after a good brush.

Blundstone boot sizing can be a bit confusing since they technically come in AUS/UK sizes. But the gentleman from Blundstone can help you decide the right size

Quite simply the WORST customer service I have ever seen. Ordered 3 pairs of boots all of which were unfortunately the incorrect size, returned the boots as instructed, it has been over a month now and still no refund. Down almost £600 and cannot get a hold of customer service for love nor money.

Will NEVER buy anything again from this company, they clearly do not care about their customers.

Attempted to return to the value of £400, it has been 3 weeks since tracking proof of delivery to the store I haven’t heard any confirmation of this refund being processed. I have attempted contacting via the online forms, email and calling 0800 132194 multiple times. No response. I would not recommend ordering from this website the customer service is awful

I bought a pair of sheepskin lined brown leather boots and they are the most comfiest purchase I think I’ve made in terms of footwear. Could not recommend more.

Great boots! Fantastic service! Love my order and am thinking about them as a go to present for my outdoorsy friends. Or perhaps anyone! Great stuff

Really poor customer service. I am down over £150 as they are incapable of responding to customer service enquires. I have emailed, phoned, left an instagram message and facebook message with no response. AVOID what a rubbish company ethos. The hype is NOT worth it.

Ordered a pair of these over black friday after I'd been obsessing for about a year. I put in all of my info right, but during shipping my address got changed to somewhere across the country. The Blundstones were delivered there.
Sent in an email customer service request and called multiple times only to be hung up on every single time. I finally ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Terrible customer service. I was charged, 2 weeks ago. Boots never arrived, their “customer service” doesn’t answer. Avoid!!

I placed an order with the wrong BILLING address. I tried to contact customer service to catch it early to prevent any delays. I started calling and sending emails at 9am per business hours. After several hateful phone calls and misleading emails I got the order canceled. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund on a purchase that should have never went thru. Very disappointed and haven't got to try the boots out.

Awful. Think it’s a scam site. Ordered 3 pairs of boots to try sizes. Had some queries. Emailed called several times no replies. Returned and no refund! I’m down £370!.. plus now wondering if the boots I have are genuine. Surely a genuine stockist would not behave this way. Never been caught out before but these people have stung me big style. Please please don’t get caught too. Do NOT purchase from them

It has been over 9 days since I have returned my boots, and I haven't received any communication whatsoever, looks like more people have had the problem, I really hope they return the money sometime soon...

Had my Blunstones for around 3 years before the soles literally disintegrated and turned to rubble in my hands. Annoyingly the leather uppers are still in perfect condition and really comfy. Tried several cobblers to get them re-soled but all said they can't resole Blunstones as they have a special moulded sole. I phoned/emailed customer service at Blundstone.co.uk to see if they could help but never got any response. Will never buy Blunstones again now because this. For such an expensive product I had hoped I would get more than 3 years out of them. Is really a shame there is no way to get them re-soled.

I decided to purchase boots direct from the retailer, unsure of sizing I emailed.
A week passed without a response and I just assumed they were busy but a follow up email would arrive.

Despite what should have been the first warning, I purchased the boots direct from the retailer. They arrived looking as though they had been worn. The insole and heels had indents from what looks like the previous owner wearing them.

Given the price point, I emailed with photographs to make Blundstone aware that I planned on returning them due to no quality control on dispatch - No response.

Long story short Blundstone do not respond to customer emails or phone calls (I wish I had read TrustPilot before purchasing). Fortunately, I paid for the boots via PayPal and after a week of no update despite confirmation from RM to say boots delivered safely no email acknowledgment, no response to previous emails or phone calls.

I had to raise a claim via PayPal to request refund. Avoid buying direct from Blundstone UK and purchase with a registered stockist elsewhere - as strange as that is considering I deliberately choose to purchase direct to avoid issues with fakes etc

Nice looking boots and I’m sure fantastic quality if they haven’t already been worn by someone else.
