Blundstone Avis 88

I bought a pair of Women's boots #1671 from the black friday sale. I was excited to receive it but when I had received it, it didn't necessary fit my size so I filed for a return. I had sent my package back on 12/9/24 and blundstone started processing my return on 12/16/24. It has almost been a month and I still have not received my return. I emailed customer service inquiring an update on my boots and it has almost been a week and have not heard back from them. I am someone who does not normally write reviews but I will say that returns should NOT be taking a whole month to have a customer get their refund back. I understand it is the holiday and scheduling might be slower but again it should not take a whole month for a customer to get a refund back. There is also no way to talk to someone on the phone everything is through email. I will not be buying from blundstone again due to their terrible customer service.

Le scarpe con la scadenza, le usi o non le usi alla scadenza della garanzia si sbriciolano mentre i 200€ spesi non sono soggetti ad idrolisi. Si sono adeguati con la loro policy alla normativa delle garanzie e per questo la qualita del matriali idrolitico si e' abbassata e di molto visto che le acquisto dal 2012. Il servizio pero mi concede un buono del 10%, ho chiesto a mia nonna cosa fosse un buona e mi ha che me la potevo prendere in quel posto. Mi hanno anche detto di fare ricorso alle unita competenti dei consumatori.

Stivaletti comodi e belli ma durano solo 2 stagioni, la suola si apre a metà e i tacchi si sgretolano, un paio fatte risuolare al costo di € 50 l’altre buttate via! Peccato che il materiale della gomma sia così scadente per delle scarpe ad un prezzo alto. Ho degli stivaletti che hanno5/6 anni e sono perfetti. Mai più comprerò questa marca.

I ordered a new pair of Blundstones over Thanksgiving when they were on sale. Ordered the wrong size, so contacted customer service regarding return/exchange. They don’t do exchanges, so you have to reorder, which means I lost the sale price, which was about $40! When I reached out to customer service again, I was told via email 24 hours later, that it should have shown up once I began the return process. Huh??? Nothing there when I “started the return process.” It’s absolutely ridiculous that you can’t speak with a human being and that every email response takes 24 to receive. So if I order a new pair, I’m out $40ish bucks. Thanks for caring, Blundstone.

Acquistate 3 anni fa e usate solo in inverno, tenendole in modo maniacale visto il costo. La suona pochi giorni fa si è aperta a metà in entrambe le scarpe. Materiale pessimo, ne sconsiglio l’acquisto.

Ho comprato un paio di stivaletti Blundstone tre anni fa, che amavo e che ho sempre tenuto con molta cura. Quest'anno li ho tirati fuori dalla scatola e, appena li ho messi, il tacco si è disintegrato. La casa madre non offre nessun tentativo di riparazione. Lo stivaletto è praticamente nuovo, ma non lo posso più indossare. Ho sentito alcuni calzolai, ma tutti sconsigliano di rimettere un tacco qualsiasi perché poi si staccherebbe. MAI PIÙ SPRECHERÒ I MIEI SOLDI PER UNO STIVALETTO BLUNDSTONE.

No Stars – Blundstone is a Total Con!

I’m beyond disappointed with both the quality of my Blundstone boots and their customer service. My girlfriend bought me a pair just 10 months ago, and after only one winter season of city use, they are completely falling apart. I treated them properly with the official Blundstone repair kit, yet the leather has already started to split and crack at the creases, leading to large gaps and holes. On top of that, the rubber sole is separating from the boot, making them unwearable.

What’s worse is the experience with customer service. Despite claiming to offer a “lifetime warranty” and promoting extreme durability, they immediately accused us of improper care—even suggesting we put the boots on a radiator! This is laughable. These boots were stored properly on a shoe rack, alongside other shoes that are all still in perfect condition. They didn’t even inspect the boots before making these ridiculous claims.

Honestly, my normal trainers and running shoes have shown far more durability and a longer lifespan than these overpriced Blundstones.

Blundstone markets itself on toughness and longevity, but it’s all a con. Their warranty is meaningless, and their approach to customer support is to blame the customer without any investigation. I am reporting Blundstone to Trading Standards for this matter.

Avoid at all costs. Terrible product, terrible customer service, and overall a big scam!

Mia moglie convinta del prodotto contentissima fino ad oggi.dopo 2 anni di servizio invernale recuperati gli stivali si è accorta delle suole che letteralmente si demolivano sotto i suoi occhi incredui.pessimo acquisto e mai più questo marchio.

Stivaletti molto comodi e impermeabili, ma dopo 2 anni la suola ha cominciato a spaccarsi e andare in mille pezzi. Con quello che costano e visto che è da anni che questo problema è risaputo, assolutamente da evitare l'acquisto. Se dopo tanti anni non sono ancora ricorsi ai ripari vuol dire che se ne fregano del cliente

La suola si è "polverizzata" dopo 2 anni di utilizzo. Non comprerò più prodotti blundstone.

Buonasera a tutti,purtroppo il prodotto sicuramente ha dei difetti,perché in circa due anni si sono verificati problemi,il primo paio dopo soli tre mesi si sono aperte le suole e staccati i tacchi,nessun problema mi rivolgo al negozio e dopo tutta la stagione invernale mi arriva il nuovo paio ma con la sorpresa che mi viene chiesto la differenza di cifra da una stagione all'altra ,dico lasciamo perdere,ora visto il periodo di pioggia che ha interessato Genova in questi giorni indosso i miei scarponcini e succede esattamente la stessa cosa
Un pochino dispiaciuto visto che non costano poco scrivo al servizio clienti mi danno consiglio su come eseguo la manutenzione e alla fine mi offrono un buono del 10% che acquistando on line lo riceve chiunque.
Io non sono per il commercio on line acquisto in negozio in quanto sono pure io un commerciante e i negozi devono vivere,ma non si affrontano e si risolvono così i problemi
Leggendo le recensioni passate magari la direzione potrebbe vedere quanti reclami ci sono e porsi la domanda forse i clienti che acquistano i nostri modelli hanno ragione ,ma non possono ammettere di avere in commercio un prodotto difettoso assemblato in oriente altrimenti dovrebbero rimborsare troppe persone

Una vergogna!! Suola sbriciolata dopo una stagione, passero’ in negozio ed esigo un risarcimento. La cosa e’ palese!

I've been through it all, disintegration, the Sarah connection at Blundstone Ozz dropping your calls leaving you on hold, whilst calling from the UK, the heart wrenching decision to bin the disintegrated beautiful boots through snow and salt disintegration, eventually out they went, I still think of those waxed glazed colours of the uppers but fear not I'm a 5 starrer again buy your boots with confidence I've found a repairer in the UK and what a job he made of my 40 year old rubber original 500s, they have been everywhere and I mean everywhere I've even worn them for two years with cracks in the souls but now they are repaired and what a job he made of them.
Buy your boots with confidence Antonio Gonzalez the master cobbler is in WestBourne Bournemouth by the bus stop.

£52 Chunky Soles and heels and kept my Blundstone embossed signature on the instep and heels.
Wonderful news we have a Blundstone Boot Cobbler in the UK.
It might not be all the usual got have heat nonsense it's just a solid repair job that's all I ever wanted, a bit of cobbling truth and now I've found it in the Poole Rd.

Ho comprato un secondo paio di Blundstone, dopo essermi trovata molto bene con il primo. Il secondo paio non è neanche paragonabile al primo: la suola si è sgretolata (si è divisa quasi completamente a metà sotto la suola e il lato sta venendo via a pezzettini) e le ho da appena un anno, inoltre sono state messe poco perché le scarpe mi facevano male nonostante fosse lo stesso numero delle precedenti (molto più dure).

..purtroppo anche io ho avuto problema con suole che si sono tagliate dopo circa un anno e mezzo pur non avendole usate spesso..ma la cosa peggiore è che dopo aver richiesto assistenza presso il rivenditore attuale mi hanno richiesto scontrino o documentazione comprovante l'acquisto che naturalmente non avevo più..inoltre un sacco di racconti su come sono fatte e come mantenerle..etc etc..ma non me le hanno cambiate..azienda poco seria e distributore italiano dello stesso livello..non ne comprerò più!

Usate pochissimo.
