Boots N Bags heaven Avis 

I wanted to return an order that was too large. First the website (Shindra) asked why...even though I had provided that information. The I was asked to take a picture of my order. Then I was asked again why I wanted a return. Before they finally sent a return label,
I sent my order to the address on the website (Delaware). By the time that order was returned to me, the company said my order had been finalized and I was not eligible for a cash return. They want to give me gift certificates and I do NOT trust them.

Items were super cheap - looked like Temu garbage. Pair of leopard bike shorts were thin polyester and certainly not worth price. Frog earrings were about half the size expected. I had ordered another jewelry item previously. Cute design but very small and flimsy and most certainly not worth the price. Don't expect much.

The hat was folded in two and I cannot get rid of the crease. Then no, I am not totally happy. It should have been sent and wrapped differently

Not satisfied Ive been trying to return and have had a difficult time getting a response I have emailed several times

I ordered a surprise scarf for my friend, 91 years old, for her birthday. After waiting for 2 weeks, I contacted Boots N Bags to check on it. I was then informed it was backordered, so would not arrive in time for my friend's birthday. No time to order another scarf. I was very disappointed, and will NOT shop at Boots N Bags again.

The product arrived and the quality is terrible. It’s extremely messy and cannot be tamed at all. There are loose hairs everywhere and the hair itself is very fly away and untamable.

They sent wrong color hair extension. Shipped from China, so took a while. Trying to get a refund and not have to pay shipping cost to return. If I do, this is another Chinese company scam.

I placed an order- but,Immediately CANCELLED IT!!

I have reached out several times to do a return didn't like the color and really shiny fake looking I paid like 35.00. Terrible customer service I probably won't be able to return cause they won't respond

Everything was great! I honestly can’t think of a single complaint, from the website to the delivery and the quality of the item, everything was great!

I would like to return my item for a refund because it is not what I expected and does not match. After reviewing the return policy, it looks like they have every angle covered to make refunding possible. Women looking for hair toppers are vulnerable and desperate for a solution. And to capitalize on those customers and sell these for $100, is a terrible way to exist as a business and shameful in fact.

Still waiting to receive my item I ordered. It says delivered and yall are asking me to review the product. Money has been taken from my account…no product in my hands. So I rate it a zero.

I received my hair piece and am so disappointed. The picture on the site looked exactly like my hair with a mix of blond highlights on light brown hair. It is not at all how it looked in the picture. It is actually more of a golden brown with no highlights in it. It is a terrible match and looks awful. I will not wear it. Maybe the Mix of caramel and blond would have been a better match but I will not risk spending any more money. I cannot afford to do that. Anyway, a hard lesson learned. Thank you.

It doesn’t match . Need to return . What

The dress was not the color I ordered and the quality of the dress was poor. The return process is so strict that I decided not to bother.

The website is confusing. Two styles of shoe have the same description so I received the shoe I didn’t want.

The shoes were sent internationally wrapped in a plastic bag/envelope instead of being well-packed in a box or with appropriate padding. Nevertheless the shoes made it across the ocean unscathed.

When I contacted customer service about the mix up I immediately received a response. The style of shoe I wanted is out of stock. Customer service offered me a refund or gift card with no delay. I am really grateful.

I was very disappointed in the fullness of the hair piece, it showed much fuller in the pictures.

The band was flimsy and cheap. I wasted my money. No more online purchases for me.
