Boots N Bags heaven Avis 

I’ve never regretted a purchase so badly , cheaply made and for $66 you would think it would at least be more sturdy, it smelled horrible! A fishy smell on the product, I waited almost 3 weeks for this item and their number for costumer service always says that they’re unavailable and they take hours to reply. Unacceptable for the amount of money and time it took.

The bonnet was cheap it costed me $25 and it had cheap fabric and said it was silk and it wasn’t and ripped almost immediately

Order from here on Aug 8 and have not received package or an update this site is starting to feel like a scam they have a email for you to contact them but they haven’t and don’t respond to an email per their message they should respond within 24hrs and have not.

The hair clip arrived nicely wrapped, but unfortunately, when I opened it, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The hair glue was clearly visible, there were large patches and areas where the hair was completely missing, to the point that the clip was unusable.

The item looks nothing like the pictures advertised. It’s a shame because it was packaged so nicely, but what’s the point of nice packaging when the actual product is so poor? I was so disappointed that I simply couldn’t be bothered going through the hassle of returning it. Definitely not worth the money.

Well I still haven’t received what I purchased. Ordered on 8/6, today is 8/21. Shipping updates only state processing & label created. So… yeah. Exchanged a few emails. They keep offering me $$ off on additional purchases. Why would I do that? I have no idea of their product quality & I’m less than confident in their actually fulfilling my order. They DO keep thanking me for my “patience”. What choice do I have, I’ve paid for it. Now they want to know if “they’ve made me happy? Umm, no, not yet. I gave them a “2” because they do respond to my queries. At least they haven’t ghosted me. I did tell them I’d be honest in my review. I’m sure they don’t expect a positive one after our communications. It is what it is. I won’t be doing business with them again. There are plenty of businesses that are more professionally competent .

Update: I did finally receive my wig. The color did not reflect the site photo. It was not an ombré at all. It had a light brunette sheen under a dull grey/purple suggestion throughout. The entire wig was a consistent wash of this sameness throughout. Yep, more disappointment.

Sorry didn’t like it a bit how is it that is missing a letter at the end of the name plates

The hair piece I received was supposed to be a dark blonde and it's actually an auburn shade. It's also missing the longer pieces that hang down the back. I'll probably have to order another one and hope it's the correct shade and product.

I have not received my item I have make numerous attempts to contact this company. No item no refund, nothing

It’s been over 14 days and I have not received my order. Nor have I received any notice of the status of my order. I will not recommend this retailer to anyone.

Took several weeks for order to come and was wrong color. Strawberry blonde and need ashe blonde. Can't figure out how to return and get correct color.
Make it easier to communicate when need help.

The bag is not attractive. It smells bad and has a yellowish tint in the grey 'leather'. The handles are very thin and not proportional to the size of the bag. Took forever for delivery, and it's going to Goodwill as I will not be using it.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the item for the price. My husband thought I had been to the hairdressers & got myself a new hair style !!

I ordered 2 sets of ponytails claws and only received 1. Very disappointed
