The bag was low quality and not worth the price.
Additionally and so far , I have not received the earrings yet and I already sent an email to your Support but did not get an answer yet

I have not received my package yet, and it should’ve been here by now. On July 2 I ordered hair scrunchies and it’s now July 17 and no package!!!!! I feel like this was a scam!!

Very happy with the product I ordered. Color was not exactly what I expected, but it was still beautiful. It came faster than I thought and the price was excellent. I have gotten many compliments on it!

I ordered shoes and a bag, and both items exceeded my expectations. The shoes are very comfortable, the bag is stylish, and the quality of workmanship is really high. Thank you very much for the excellent service and quick delivery.

I really enjoyed shopping at this store. I placed my order easily, delivery was prompt, and the item arrived in great packaging. The shoes are comfortable, fit perfectly, and the colour is exactly as shown on the website.

These arrived broken I tried to email but it bounced back avoid this store bad product bad customer service I’d show a picture but the review does not offer pictures to be uploaded

Cheap material looks nothing like the advertised product

I love this company. The quality is good and up to date. Lot of different items. So far customer service is great. Lot of communciation.

The item I ordered was never received, my phone call to customer service was unanswered, as were the two emails I sent to customer support.

I still do not have the order that was placed on 6/1, apparently it didn’t ship till 6/10, coming from China, I did not know that this would be the source. It is a very long delivery window.

Ordered two scarves (early 2025, it’s now mid 2026). Never received them. Contacted them the only way possible, via their website. Heard nothing ever. I’ve given up. BUT I will STAY AWAY FROM BOOTS AND BAGS HEAVEN FOREVER.

I never received the shoes. Last communication stated on its way on June 2, 2026.

Haven't received my order

Colors were not even close to what I ordered. No way to find where to return and get a refund. A whole lot of ads and very little that I can do on my cell phone to navigate. This is a poor product and I do not recommend it to anyone!
