There can be delays between receiving our order confirmation and the supplier contacting you to advise on delivery. This is usually shortly before dispatch of the order in which they will supply you with tracking.

Great service. Easy ordering and delivery.

Driver very helpful in putting stones down in a tight position.

Order was fine, driver was fine, but had no confirmation of order and only 30 minutes notice of delivery when I was already at work.

Very good driver
Had driver John this morning delivering dumpy bag of pipe bedding to site in Greenway road, Taunton, John is always upbeat, happy and positive, it was a slightly awkward delivery for him, but John was very patient and professional, he enacted the delivery perfectly. We very much appreciate the service received.

Very poor quality door
Very poor quality door. Blobs of undercoat all over the place and even a screw sticking out where the moulding wasn't attached properly. Also not what I was expecting. The moulding is useless. Even my fitter was shocked when he saw it. Not worth the money, I've threw better away.

I phoned an order to Bude branch on Sat…
I phoned an order to Bude branch on Sat 31st Jan, and wanted to pay by BACS, therefore wanting bank detail.
The assistant said he was too busy to send an invoice that day (with bank details), and it would be sent Monday 2nd Feb.
I waited until approx 11.00 on Monday for the e-mail, but nothing happened and phoned Bude again. Another invoiced was promised straight away, but again nothing happened.
As the items were needed shortly, I decided to order on-line instead. This was done and the order, with a slight amendment came later that week. The delivery driver was most helpful.
I felt the customer service was extremely poor and also the Jan5% was not deducted from the order.

This was a small delivery of several items. All the edges of the sheet material were undamaged and delivery was quicker that indicated on the Website when ordered.

Faultless Delivery Service My deliver address is difficult to…
My delivery address is difficult to access which means goods have to be carried a fair distance. Your driver, Nick, was friendly and unfazed by the task in hand.
The goods I had to be returned proved not to be a problem and I was impressed how quickly I received the money back in my bank account.

We have recently completed a project…
We have recently completed a project outside of our normal area and can not thank the Plymouth branch enough. They were extremely helpful with extra material deliveries at short notice. Extra thanks goes to Julie at the Branch for helping with an online order and a much speedier delivery.
