I recently ordered a set of custom mounts with backing boards. Really pleased with the service. The mounts were precision cut to my specified dimensions, competively priced and delivered in a prompt timeframe considering the size of the order. Also packaging was to a high standard so I didn't have to worry about damage to these delicate mount boards. I highly recommend Brampton Framing, excellent service all round.

Searched the web for a picture mount supplier and came across Brampton. Their prices were very competitive, I could say one of the lowest I found for what I wanted.
I contacted them and spoke to a Poppy who was extremely helpful, between us we came up with just what I wanted. great choice of colours and sizes complete with cellophane bags. I placed the order and received my mounts within a couple of days.
The quality was brilliant and I have now mounted my illustrations for onward journey to my exhibitions.
All in all one of the best business experiences I have come across and would recommend Brampton Picture Framing to all my colleagues, friends, acquaintances and customers.

I went from Sheffield to Chesterfield by bus in order to get Brampton to frame an old piece of embroidery for me, as I'd read they were experienced in framing textile work. It was worth my while. They gave me very good service and I'm really pleased with the way they have framed it.

I bought my first bespoke frame from Brampton just before Christmas to finally give justice to a wonderful original water-colour that we have had hanging in a DIY store frame for the past 35 years! The whole experience has been absolutely fantastic - the range of profiles, the workmanship and the packaging for safe delivery are superb, and the picture now looks incredible. I've been so pleased with my first order that yesterday I've just had delivery of another two bespoke frames with exactly the same excellent service.

Very pleased with the bespoke frame I ordered, it came quickly, and was very well packaged. I was attracted to Brompton Framing initially because I think they are reasonably priced. I had a problem with a previous order, but had an immediate reply to my email and the issue was sorted out straight away - a very good personal service.

I placed an order for a small piece of Tru Vue glass cut to size. Very pleased with the care and attention to packaging. Also, it was not really clean with no grubby marks so I literally was able to use without needing to clean. As such I have placed another order for 10 pieces to be cut. Excellent service.

An Internet search for a frame and i found Brampton. A phone call later and a quote was incoming. Excellent product from these people. My item is oversize, still not a problem for Brampton. Thanks everyone.

I honestly can't speak highly enough about Brampton Picture Framing, the quality of their frames and mounts are excellent. As an artist this is very important to me as I am just beginning to grow a small art business so attention to detail is everything right now.
The best thing though is their exceptional customer service and a big shout out must go to Poppy who never fails to sort through my endless questions and goes above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend this family run business.

I needed a specially shaped piece of glass with a specific delivery date.
Both were arranged efficiently and easily. The cost was good value too.
The replacement glass arrived exactly on time and was packed excellently to avopid damage, but also of a size to fit through a letterbox.

I needed some frames at short notice for an exhibition. The turn around was brilliant and the quality very good.

Beautiful bespoke cut mounts, really pleased with them as impossible to get these cut elsewhere without being hugely expensive. Lovely quality and Inreceived them when they said they would. Excellent service.

Fabulous personalised service from start to finish! We wanted shaped custom mounts for 3 pieces of artwork. We had lots of time to discuss options, how we wanted them to look and what we could expect from the team. We've now got 3 pieces of artwork on pur wall that look stunning and attract a lot of positive comments!

Fabulous customer service which is hard to come by these days. Had an unfortunate issue where the replacement glass l had ordered was broken when it was delivered to me. Obviously it was a fault with the carrier and not Brampton’s as they had so securely wrapped it with all the appropriate fragile tape etc.
l emailed Brampton’s re the issue and they (Sarah) promptly and efficiently dealt with it and sent a replacement piece of glass which thankfully arrived intact !

The service provided by Brampton is excellent. Replacement glass for picture frames is almost impossible to find. Not only was the glass we required cut to our specific sizes but it arrived carefully packaged and on time. The customer service is manned by a human being. Emails are answered. Good company to deal with.

We received our picture frame after two delays becasue the company kept receiving damaged batches from their supplier. The after sale service is very good they informed me regularly and eventualy delivered a perfect frame. Very happy. I can recommend them without hesitation.
