Brampton Picture Framing Avis 90

I ordered a frame and mount from the ultra value range. I found I'd chosen the wrong mount size, and a new one was sent out. Sadly it had been damaged in the post. I sent a photo of it - a replacement was sent immediately with no quibbles. Such good personal service and excellent products!

I first discovered the work of Brampton Picture Framing a few years ago when I took in a ceramic picture which had been knocked off the wall at home, causing the wooden frame to come to pieces. I took all the bits in to them and asked for a similar frame to be made. When I returned to collect it, I discovered that one of the workers had glued back the original frame, which meant I didn't need to buy a new one - and there was no charge for the repair! Consequently, I have continued to use this Company for my framing needs ever since. The advice is sympathetic and imaginative, and clever guidance is given in the choice of frame and colour for the mounts. I recently collected a piece of work which had been framed which I found disappointing on first view, so I took it home, but still wasn't quite satisfied with it. I took it back and asked for advice, and we agreed to try and change the ratios of mount and pictures within the frame. It was altered within a couple of days, and when I saw the revised picture, I was delighted. I was amazed to find that I had to pay nothing further, even though new mounts, frame and glass had been provided. This is service with courtesy and understanding and I wish to thank Jono and Jonathan for their gentle understanding and patience. Needless to say, I'll be back again with my future projects!

We needed a special frame for an extra special picture, after many hours of visiting framing shops and surfing the net we came across Brampton PIcture Framing. Their choice of frames is fantastic and after a lot of deliberations we chose our frame, picked the additions we required and ordered.
Our frame arrived in amazing packaging, unfortunaltey the glass had been smashed, may we add this was at know fault of Brampton, I emailed them and within 30 minutes they responded, very apologetic, and arranged a replacement of the glass and also a replacement frame. They told us not to return the previous frame so we donated it to a local old pensioners home.
Now pleased to say the picture is up the frame was a great choice.

Excellent range of picture frames and easy to use website which allows you to upload an image to project the final result. I didn’t actually make the order cut off for guaranteed Christmas delivery (10 working days before) but very happy it all came together in time and I received a 24 hour courier on the 2 working day before Christmas.

Having no clue about framing I had to call customer services to confirm my understanding of what was on their website and they resolved my questions easily. I also wanted pilot holes drilled (I wish this was an option to choose online during ordering) and an additional item added and this was done promptly and professionally.

The frames arrived safe and were wrapped very securely. They look amazing and the software was very accurate with the final result. It was very easily to insert the picture into the frames and the cost savings to taking it to a local framing shop was huge.
