Problem quickly solved.
I was sent the wrong item but it was very quickly dealt with and a replacement is on its way in time for the new term. Elle was super helpful and made everything easy. Very impressed.

I haven’t received my order from brigade yet, so cannot comment on the quality of the uniform or anything, but I have spoken to Grace on several occasions occasions now, and have found her really helpful

Great staff member made the process smooth
I’d leave them 5 stars if contacting them were easier, but once I did find a route through the lady who helped me was fantastic. She was super pro-active in locating my order, helping navigate delivery options and arranging with the courier. She was speedy in coming back to me and very lovely to deal with, made the experience very smooth, so thank you to Elle on the Brigade clothing team.

Although I had some issues with the sizing of items
Although I had some issues with my order around sizing of items etc, the customer service I have received has been amazing. The communication from all the members of staff has been quick and friendly. Elle and Emma were brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful.
Things go wrong at times, we are only human but it is how those mishaps are dealt with that can change the whole experience.
Thank you so much for your help and efforts to get my order sorted so my Son can start school with the uniform he needs.
It is greatly appreciated and you've turned a stressful situation into an effortless one.

Wrong order delivered
Wrong order delivered, contacted the customer service team via the online form (which I thought would take forever). I was pleasantly surprised to receive and email from Ria who sent me a free returns label within 30 mins of me emailing. Replacement item has now been received - incredibly straightforward. Wrong item received dealt with quickly
I received a wrong item in my order so I contacted Brigade regarding this and Catherine replied quickly. She sent me the details to return the item (postage free). I was then kept up to date by Elle when the correct item was sent out along with the tracking details. This made me feel more reassured as it was handled smoothly

Lost jumper through Evri
Ria dealt with my issue. I suffer with stress and anxiety and the jumper was lost through Evri. RIA helped deal with the issue. She helped me a great deal made me feel she was helping was very quick to reply back to emails and was very polite kind and professional. Brigade clothing is lucky to have such a great customer service advisor in Ria ☺️

Grace's exceptional service
Fantastic service received just recently for help with receiving the wrong size of jumper (not a problem tho stored away for next year ) . I emailed and this is when I was first in contact with Grace. She was apolgetic and could not help me more . She arranged for the additional shipping to be refunded and has also emailed to say that the new jumper has been dispatched . Thankyou Grace for your exceptional service .
