I have ordered from Brigade on several occasions and all orders and the quality of the uniform has always been of a great standard. On my recent order the embroidery on the items was an incorrect colour. I contacted customer services and was dealt with by Elle. Great Customer Service
Having been ordering from Brigade for several years now, I have always been happy with the service and quality of the products. On this occasion however, I received a book bag that was not up to the usual standards. I contacted customer services and my issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Elle was both apologetic and extremely helpful with the entire process, showing great customer service, with a friendly, but professional manner. The new book bag was received and was of much better quality.

Fast turn around from ordering, OK one item missed off, but very quickly resolved. Highly recommend them, great value for money compared to the local school uniform shop.

Great uniforms and customer service
I have regularly ordered school uniform through Brigade and have always been happy with the items. On this occasion the delivery was lost by the courier. Elle in customer services was super helpful arranging a replacement to be delivered to my home address (I had then missed the deadline for school delivery). She always replied to my emails promptly and helped me track the replacement delivery until she knew i had actually received it.
Will continue to order in the future!

Fantastic helpful customer service
I've ordered from Brigade a few times and honestly cannot fault the customer service that I've received especially from a lady called Elle.
The quality of the clothing is really good and washes well, I find the sizing of the tops and jumpers a bit big but not complaining as it means I've not had to buy more items in year.

Ria was superb
Ria was superb! I purchased a school jacket to my son, but when arrived it was small (kids grow like beans!). Ria helped m all the time, providing the return label and instructions, and sending the new size we need. Can't thank you enough, amazing support and excellent products as well.

After sales is so good! Which is rare!
I ordered some school uniform which arrived very quickly considering the time of year! Sadly I had to send some stuff back (a bit more size guiding reviews would be helpful - true to size? Size up? Etc etc / the measurements cm and inches on some items don’t tally up)
Anyway I emailed as i returned my items but misplaced my returns receipt and had a reply back from Ria - she advised that it wasn’t in but to give me peace of mind as soon as the parcel did she would get back to me! True to her word she did that!! I can now rest easy my refund is being processed. Thanks Ria 🤩

Very pleased with customer service
Brigade have been the main supplier of my child’s school for many years and I have never had an issue. The clothing is good quality and lasts well. My son received his leavers hoodie which started peeling after the first wash and Brigade have sent out replacements very quickly. Always been happy with the service from brigade.
