Great Experience from Brigade
My daughter and I had a great experience ordering from Brigade. Special thanks to a staff named Elle who was so kind and helped me with my daughter's late order for her leavers hoodie. She always responded to emails promptly and politely which is really appreciated.

Ria from customer services was really helpful. She get a replacement out to me after finding out the item sent was not the one that we ordered promptly. She also makes sure that the online system works well and would not have the same issue again. I'd be very happy to use them again in future.

Do not trust them, risk of losing your money
This company has absolutely zero customer care. I ordered uniform since March 2025, today is 29/05/2025 and there is items or update given till date. I have tried several times to contact them, through emails. You can’t call them because their activities are online only, all sounded suspicious. They have taken my money without providing the goods. Dealing with them is at your own risk.

The school has confirmed that they are in possession of your parcel and that a text message was sent to you on 7th April advising collection.

I'm truly sorry to read your review and that you are so unhappy with the service you received from Brigade, resulting in your feedback on Trustpilot.
I have personally emailed you in response to your messages sent yesterday evening, and would kindly ask that you check your inbox at your earliest convenience.
According to our records, your order was placed on our Direct to School delivery service. With this service, delivery notifications are sent directly to the school rather than to parents or guardians. This is an arrangement agreed upon with participating schools, who are responsible for notifying parents upon receipt of deliveries. I’m very sorry to hear that this communication did not take place in your case.
I note that you first contacted us regarding your order on 6th May 2025, and we responded the same day to advise that the items had been delivered to the school in early April, and asked that you to contact the school to arrange collection.
As mentioned in my email, I have made it a priority to follow up with the school on your behalf first thing Monday morning, once they reopen following the half-term break. I will update you as soon as I have been in touch with them.
Customer service is something we take very seriously at Brigade, and I’m genuinely sorry that your experience has not reflected the high standards we aim to deliver. Please rest assured I will do all I can to resolve this matter for you as swiftly as possible.

After I ordered the wrong item, Elle from customer services was really helpful in quickly getting a replacement out to me.
It's only when something goes wrong that you find out how good a company is. Brigade could not have dealt my issue any better than they did and I'd be very happy to use them again in future.

Received order, blazer was faulty, contacted via email and uploaded pictures. Easy to report online, was contacted the next day by Elle who had a rraged to send a replacement out.

Great customer service
Having had some issues with Brigade in the past (lack of replies from customer service, missing deliveries etc), I was apprehensive about having to ask for a replacement jumper due to a hole in the cuff of one I had only just bought. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how much the customer service has improved since the last time I had to contact them! I had extremely quick replies from customer service, and a replacement jumper was received within a few days. Thank you very much to Elle for her friendly and efficient service! Excellent customer service
I had an issue with an item of clothing which needed to be returned. The process of contacting them was very easy, and I cannot fault the customer service I received. A replacement item was embroidered and arrived within a few days.
