We have used Brigade as our trusted uniform supplier for over 10 years. The service is impeccable. I have been in this role for 3 years and every dealing I've had with our rep Jacqui has been professional and friendly. She always goes out of her way to help. The uniform quality is very good and any rare incidents are dealt with promptly. Brilliant service A**
Brilliant service! Ordered my daughters uniform as she was a mid term starter the company fast tracked my order and it was printed and delivered within 5 days! Great communication kept me upto date with my order and as mentioned fast tracked it as a gesture because we was starting mid term! Amazing thank you. Sizing is perfect too! Simply the best!
I’ve been using Brigade now for a number years for sports club uniforms and our business workwear. Pricing is very competitive, the quality of the clothing is brilliant and the range of choice is immense. The embroidery they provide is fantastic with fine detail. Elle has great knowledge of their products and helps us choose the best range for our budget and samples are provided within days.
I normally place my orders via email and get a great turn around time. Elle, Cindy and the other girls in the office are all very helpful and communication is always prompt.
I recommend brigade 100%

Avoid at All Costs
I placed an order over three months ago and have yet to receive my items. The communication is absolutely nonexistent—no updates, no responses to my emails, nothing! To make matters worse, they don't even provide a phone number to contact them. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark like this. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. This has been a complete waste of time and money

We respond to emails within 24 hours and the majority are responded to much quicker. Having checked our records we are unable to see any customer communication that has not been replied to and without contact information or an order number I am unable to look into this further. We have requested additional information from you via Trustpilot, which you have not provided and until you do we are unable to assist further.

My sons are starting at a new school next Monday. I ordered their new uniforms on Tuesday and contacted Brigade to see if they could expedite my order so that the children will have their new uniforms ready for school. Natasha picked up my enquiry and processed the order without delay. It was then followed up by Catherine and she made sure I'm updated about the delivery status. It's Saturday today and we got the new uniforms delivered. Such a helpful and efficient team. Thank you very much, Natasha and Catherine!

Awful quality products
Awful quality products. My sons jumper got a hole in after just a few months wear. The replacement jumper then sent was faulty. They refused to give me my money back. Terrible customer service. Will be glad when my son leave so I don't have to use this company anymore

I am very sorry to read you are not happy with the quality of our products and service.
Having reviewed correspondence I see you first queried a hole in the cuff of a sweatshirt 6 months after purchase. From the image provided the hole could have been caused by being caught on something sharp, however I note we immediately replaced the item without question as a gesture of goodwill.
In response to your recent query regarding a sweatshirt leaving fluff on the shirt underneath, as advised this is a common occurrence and does cease over time and does not affect the quality or durability of the garment. Furthermore, we have not refused to refund you but requested for the item to be returned (at our cost) to enable us to carry out further investigation, which you refused to do.
I am sorry you feel you have received terrible customer service and I will also email you personally reiterate our offer for the product to be returned for further investigation.
