I had an issue with the blazer but the customer service was excellent from the moment I reported it. I heard back within 24 hours & the customer service advisor Natasha went above and beyond. The stock had changed, but my child has sensory issues and Natasha went out of her way to find the previous models for me.. very happy!

Brilliant customer service!
I got in touch with Brigade as my initial order had not been delivered. Elle Bassi in their customer service team was quickly able to track it down and we discovered that the courier had left it in our bin store (!!) and that it had already been collected by the refuse collectors. Elle was very quick to organise a replacement delivery, and within 2 days I had received the replacement. She also used a different and more reliable courier company, so that we didn’t have the same issue with delivery! Her responses were quick and polite, and I was very happy with how quickly this was resolved :) Thanks

I contact Brigade after waiting 4 weeks for my order to be dispatched. I received an email from Elle Bassi and she organised for my order to be dispatched straight away. After waiting for a week and a half for the delivery, I contact Elle Bassi again. She was very quick at her response and got straight onto chasing the delivery company for me. Highly recommend Elle Bassi if you have any concerns regarding your order. Thank you for all your help Elle.

Unbelievably poor service.
I requested a cancellation after the long lead time of 21 “working days”, which is basically one month, meant that the season had changed, the weather was cold, and my child could no longer wait for a jumper to go to school in.
No response, so another 10 days later I tried cancelling again and this time I did get a response, and have been told it is too late and is out for delivery today… I can follow the returns procedure which obviously means I am out of pocket for 2 times postage costs, or I have enough red jumpers for twins.
If you aren’t ordering well in advance, I would steer well clear of this company. I only used them because the school had nominated them as their supplier (I will be following this up with them), but all the supermarkets do better quality clothing at a quarter of the price with none of the grief.
*** UPDATE *** I just received a word perfect email from Natasha offering a refund, so I am bumping the rating up from 1 star to 3 stars

It was a terrible experience. Utterly disappointed that they could not deliver even after asking for 21 working days of lead time and then had an audacity to shrug off their responsibility that too in an unapologetic tone. Disgusting!
Delays and more delays, 21 working days are even not enough for them to deliver a single piece of clothing. Horrible customer service, no communication from them until you keep on following up yourself.
