Awful products

Awful products. Purchased a mattress topper that’s ill sized, doesn’t stay flat to mattress and was a complete waste of money. Poorly designed rubbish. Their customer service is also questionable as they wouldn’t take a return of a product out of the packaging.

Nothing wrong with the company or…

Nothing wrong with the company or goods, unfortunately I had to return mine as did my back no good at all. My problem is getting the refund, keep getting fobbed off. Returned 12th Feb and to date no sign of refund although I keep in touch with them.

Took the plunge with ordering an…

Took the plunge with ordering an on-line product for personal sleep, but happy I did!
Pillows exact firmness I needed -so many other fall short
Body pillows a lovely surprise...great back support when knee is on them..whilst hugging higher up. It's just the storage of them in our small house!

I ordered the moonhug pillow

I ordered the moonhug pillow. It arrived within a few days and I find the pillow really comfortable and it has definitely helped my neck and jaw pain. My only complaint is that I wish they did a softer pillowcase for it as the one it comes with is not that soft/smooth on your face.

Incredible!

I didn’t realise how much of a difference the right pillow could make until I found Brightr Sleep. These pillows are incredibly comfortable and supportive — helping me settle more easily and wake feeling more rested. A small change that’s made a big difference. Thank you 💫

I returned two pillows over a month ago…

I returned two pillows over a month ago and had no refund of them. There great when you want to buy item but when it comes to having your money back they don’t respond. I would buy again from this company

Brilliant buy

I was dubious as to whether this mattress topper would improve my sleep as I have tried others to no avail. This topper is brilliant! No more being woken by pressure points and so comfortable to sleep on. Can't recommend enough.

My search for a perfect pillow is now over

First of all my parcel arrived quickly when it said it would arrive. I have tried so many pillows but I think with the Brightr Eclipse pillow I can stop my search for the perfect pillow. It is a firm and high pillow but I have taken one middle layer out and it is just right. I tried it with four layers and with just two but the beauty of this pillow is that it is adjustable - why can’t all pillows be made like this. Thank you BrightR

Terrible company, lousy customer service

I bought a topper from this company on the 4th of February, it was not firm as advertised.
I didn't sleep on it, I boxed it up and had to pay for the postage to return it, I sent it back on the 19th (they say you're allowed a 100 day trial, I was unwell so couldn't send until then). I was told on the 23rd of February they had received it, I would receive my refund between 14 and 21 days (which is unusual), but I waited, I emailed them two days ago asking where the refund was, still no response.
I'll be going public with this if they don't respond and refund me soon.
Note I have worked as a publicist, so I think it would be in their interest to respond.

I was a little apprehensive at first

I was a little apprehensive at first, hence it taking me so long to actually order the pillows. But WOW 🤩 woke in the morning- NO stiffness in neck .
It took a couple of nights to get used to the height and firmness, but hey I’m shouting your praises from the hill top 😊

Not a Trusted Brand, Misleading Return Policy and Disappointing Experience

I purchased the BrightR Titan King Size topper because I needed extra firmness for medical reasons. The product makes strong claims about being firm and also advertises a 100‑day, no‑questions‑asked trial. However, the topper turned out to be far too soft from the moment it arrived.

I requested a return and refund on the very first day, only to be told later that I must keep the topper for a minimum of 60 days before they will consider a refund—unless I return it at my own cost and risk. This requirement was not clearly stated at the time of purchase.

As a result, I’m left with a topper that is unusable and taking up unnecessary space. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend the brand based on their unclear policies and lack of transparency.

We’d like to clarify a few important points regarding our trial and return policy. Our 100-night trial is designed to give your body enough time to properly adjust to a new sleep surface. From our experience and customer feedback, this adjustment period typically takes around 60 nights, as both your body and the topper itself need time—the materials gradually reach their intended firmness with regular use, rather than on the first day.

This is why we kindly ask customers to try the topper for at least 60 nights before initiating a return under our free return policy. This information is outlined on our website, and we always aim to be as transparent as possible about it.

That said, we understand that comfort is very personal, especially when it relates to medical needs, and we’re truly sorry this has caused frustration.

No one answers emails as I wanted to…

Very poor customer service.
Bright Sleep advise I can return but will not send a returns label so send to where exactly? This company has promised a returns label for 2 weeks now. The topper is not as described therefore I am entitled to a refund.
