This company is a SCAM

Like many others here I had to return the top mattress which was extremely uncomfortable for my lower back. My return was approved and the topper was received by them on 13th March. I had to pay for the return. Since then I have sent a number of emails to chase my refund and I keep getting the same message from the same person named Josh. Last message was sent on 13 April and it states this Hello,

It's indeed unusual that you haven't received it yet, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused.

Rest assured, I have promptly escalated this matter to our finance department for further investigation. If there are any issues or discrepancies with the refund, please know that we are committed to rectifying them as quickly as possible to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Your trust and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us, and we want to assure you that we are taking every necessary step to resolve this matter swiftly.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist you in any way we can.

Your return was received and your refund was processed within our stated timeframe. Once a refund is issued on our side, it can take additional time for banks or payment providers to reflect the funds in your account, which is unfortunately outside of our control.

At no point has this been ignored or withheld — our team has been actively responding and escalating your query to ensure everything is completed correctly. The message you’ve shared reflects that we were continuing to investigate and support you, not avoid the issue.

Their 'ultra firm' topper is not firm in the slightest and causes back issues. Would not recommend!

The Titan Deluxe is our firmest model, designed to provide enhanced support compared to standard toppers. That said, firmness is highly subjective — what feels firm and supportive for one person can feel too soft for another, depending on body weight, sleeping position, and the mattress underneath.

We do have thousands of customers who find this topper provides the support they’re looking for, but we completely appreciate that it won’t be the right fit for everyone.

Comfortable dual sided topper

User friendly website with good amount of information about products, easy to use and order, updates about the delivery from Brightr and courier, item well packaged and protected. Very little smell from topper it soon dispersed, expanded and plumped up quickly, well made and finished topper not too heavy, the different sides were excellent I've tried them both and settled on the one I prefer and had some really good night's sleep so far. I found the softer "egg box type" side strange but not uncomfortable at all and the firmer side just right but still with some give whilst supporting my body well. Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend.

DO NOT PURCHASE - Nox Vegan Down Alternative Pillow

I purchased the Brightr Nox Vegan Down Alternative Pillow in December 2025 and by February 2026 it was without a shadow of doubt the worse pillow I have ever owned.
The filling has separated in to clumps in both of the removable inners that can not be separated it literally looks like wet candy floss in texture (that you buy to eat at fairgrounds)it is not in individual teeny cubes that can be shaken to fill the pillow case it comes in. I have several photographs but there isn’t an option to add them here.
The middle of each inner has completely flattened where my head rests in the centre and it can not be fluffed back up. I am only 5’3’ and 9st so my head isn’t the size and weight of a demolition ball!
The pillows only come with a 30 day money back guarantee and it has only taken 3 months to be completely unusable.
I filled in their website ‘Contact Form’ over a month ago and I have still not been contacted hence me now writing this review.

The Nox pillow is designed to maintain its loft and structure over time, so what you’ve described with the filling clumping and flattening is not something we’d expect under normal use. We’d definitely like to look into this further for you.

We also want to address your comment about not receiving a response — we take this very seriously. We haven’t been able to locate your enquiry via our contact system, so it’s possible it may not have come through successfully. That said, we completely understand how frustrating that must feel.

I have been suffering with hip

I have been suffering with hip, knee and back pain, almost to the point of it being unbearable! One night of sleep on my new mattress and my back is feeling so much better. After three nights, my knee and hip pain is almost non-existent! I love my mattress!

If you don't want to waste your time…

If you don't want to waste your time and money, don't deal with this company. I ordered a pillow in February which came with two snags on the case and a terrible chemical smell. After going through a dreadful return process (they need to approve it) and paying over £10 to return it, I never received my money back. It's now been over 6 weeks, I've chased them 3 times and received over-polite emails back but no refund. As I've already told them I'm my last email, I'm now planning on reporting them to Trading standards. Avoid these guys, they are a scam.

Like numerous other people on this site…

Like numerous other people on this site I ordered a topper in Dec 2025, found it not suitable (had back surgery and not enough support) so returned it for a refund under their '100 night comfort trial'. It was delivered back to them on 27 February. Following countless emails which have implied the repayment was forthcoming I had a message on 7 April saying: "From what I can see, it has been processed on our end, but I have now escalated the matter as urgent to our finance department for further investigation. If there are any issues, we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible".
They are dishonest and should be struck off for fraud.

Excellent, brilliant!

The website was easy to navigate with plenty of information about each product. Ordering was straight forward and my pillow arrived as stated, very well packaged and as described. The pillow itself is super comfy and adjustable and after a couple of nights where I altered the filling quantity, I now have the best pillow I've had in years and I dont wake up with neck pain!

Excellent pillow,first time I've woken…

Excellent pillow,first time I've woken up without neck pain for a year,very firm and also lightweight,I have right side spasticity and once I had adjusted it to my shoulder to head depth I've been able to sleep for six hrs without waking up because of neck pain

I’d give zero stars if it was possible. DO NOT BUY from this company, they are a bunch of robbing B@£stards. You will not get a refund despite following their returns policy. They eventually respond to emails telling you the refunds been processed. It doesn’t take over a month to refund anyone. They have no intention of giving you your money back for utter tat. Looks like I will be seeking legal advice and court action. I think I may also contact our local newspaper and ITV news, I’m sure they’d be interested in hearing about a scamming company.

I ordered a mattress from Bright…

I ordered a mattress from Bright through Debenhams. After returning it, I never received my refund.
Both Bright and Debenhams have ignored the issue completely. Zero professionalism. The delivery was fast, but when it comes to getting your money back, it suddenly becomes impossible.
This case will have to go to court. I strongly do not recommend. A complete waste of time, money, and nerves.

Worse company in the universe

Worse company in the universe. Do not buy anything from them. After 100 days they sent a label which was not working when i contacted them they did not reply after some days they replied saying, the label is passed 10 days so i am not entitled to a return. I have referred them to trading standards. bunch of thieves. Update, the return code issued on 26th January was not valid as it was not accepted by Evri,I messaged you on 31st January to inform you. But keep lying saying i did not use within 14 days.. such a dishonest company

As outlined in our terms and conditions, once a return label is provided, the item needs to be sent back within 14 days, as the label is only valid for that period.
