Pillows returned but no refund

Like so many others, I returned an order for refund and am still waiting. I've had emails confirming receipt of the returned items but the refund is still not forthcoming (Order No BR202049520). Now raising a dispute with my bank in the hope of getting my money back. Keep away from this company is the best advice I can give.

POOR COSTUMER SERVICE

I purchased a mattress topper in December, and Brightr has not honoured the free returns policy. Trying to return a topper that simply made my back feel worse has been an unnecessary hassle. Communication is poor; there is no customer service I can call, and I am dependent on their replies via email every once in a while. When I finally managed to get a prepaid label and sent my parcel, it arrived at my door two weeks later because the label wasn’t suitable for the parcel’s size. I would strongly advise against buying from this place unless you are willing to risk losing your money.

Comfortable and slept really well which…

Comfortable and slept really well which to be honest I didn’t expect.
Had just come home from hospital after major surgery so didn’t expect it to be as good as it turned out to be.
Would definitely recommend to people (and I don’t give praise easily).

Ordered a mattress topper with two…

Ordered a mattress topper with two pillows. Only mattress topper arrived, I contacted virtual assistant who told me to email. Emailed a week ago and nothing since. Emailed again and still nothing, can't seem to get in touch with DPD so it's a bit of a scam to be honest. Very disappointed - order number Order #BR202050711 you also have the order number on the numerous emails I sent you.

Material look and feel like good quality

My first order from Brightr. The mattress topper looked just like the photo and really lovely.
Haven’t slept on it yet as it’s for my spare room, but it looks as firm as expected when I laid on it.

The mattress topper I purchased from…

The mattress topper I purchased from Brightr does not have the required fixed fire safety label. My request for a return and refund was refused.
I then contacted trading standards via citizens advice. They have instigated an inspection into this matter which is ongoing. They have advised me that Bright will contact me and refund my money. As yet I have had no response. The dispute started in November 2025

I recently got the Brightr® Titan…

I recently got the Brightr® Titan Deluxe Mattress Topper and it’s made a noticeable difference to my sleep. I had an amazing night’s sleep and found that I wasn’t waking up as much during the night. It’s really comfortable and supportive, and it’s definitely improved the overall feel of my mattress. I’m very happy with it so far and would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their sleep.

Customer service was excellent

Customer service was excellent. Refreshingly straightforward and uncomplicated especially as I had an issue with delivery. The topper itself is perfect. I had a brilliantly comfortable night’s sleep the first in ages! Would 100% recommend.
