Ordered 5 boxer shorts described as “ultra absorbent boxer briefs. Absolute bull sh**. Nothing whatsoever absorbent -
consists of just double thickness of the same thin material as main construction.
Return process involves returning to China ! Obviously to discourage returns.
Liars and cheats. AVOID AT ALL COST

SCAM BE AWARE

I ordered a wok from this company it wasn’t cheap this company is a scam it came up on my social media I loved what I saw and paid for it but unfortunately it is a SCAM COMPANY it showed delivered not to me you can’t even trace delivery avoid at all cost will contacting my bank I have emailed the company 5 times no response ( only a generated response ) absolutely awful be careful everyone! I have already emailed several times before writing this review you have all my details !

I bought 2 of the symphony vacuum…

I bought 2 of the symphony vacuum cleaners for fish tank. 1 for a friend l for myself . I have seen the reviews and l must be the unlucky one mine worked for about 2 litres and then stopped l reached out to the firm but they reply by automated email. They are not a firm l would recommend if something goes wrong they are useless l can’t send a picture of something that is not working..

I ordered a a dual sided electric griddle it arrived yesterday and it was no bigger than a compact disc and was nothing like what they advertised!! there was no dual sides to it!! What they sent was a red small waffle maker which is not what they advertised!! I want a refund and for future do not false advertise its dishonest!!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a fish tank water cleaner not realising that these items are shipped from China.
Been 3 weeks so far and C/Services have provided a tracking reference.

3 weeks and it hasn’t even cleared customs in Sunyou.

Let’s see if the item arrives before 2026.

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage! The item is pan is absolutely NOT non stick. In fact the food was stuck so bad to the pan I couldn’t clean it & threw out after using it twice! The food absolutely does not move around freely in the pan as shown. Complete scam. £45 down the toilet.

Nothing but problems with the scooter…

Nothing but problems with the scooter from start to finish , refused a full refund even though the scooter doesn't do what was advertised, spent time on 100s of emails and still no joy , offshore customer service team again are no help at all as you get a different person every day . Ended up having to settle for money off . Would not buy from
Them again , if you want piece of mind with your purchase I would shop elsewhere
