China scam

Two of the 3 articles were obviously already used. The promised free cloth were not in the package.
Quality way lower than expected.
One of them had some kind of woody filter piece the others didn't. Filter is not exchangeable.

Basically it's a scam

Sceptical at first...

Sceptical at first.... but it really is the best pan ive ever cooked with... follow the instructions on re oiling and it's like new every time. I fry eggs.. make stews it's so versatile.

Coat hooks.

The sparkly hooks i received are great. They arrived well packaged and on time. I am using them as coat hooks in a cupboard. I'm really happy with this purchase.

I ordered 2 instead of one by mistake

I made the mistake of ordering 2 finger files instead of 1 , i realised my mistake when i read my mail confirming my order , i immediately got in touch with the support team explaining my error , i was then contacted by a lovely lady named Yana who said she would get on to it straight away ,2 days later my order was changed and my money was returned , fantastic support team , thank you again M,P,Kirwan.

SCAM- No delivery of item as promised

Ordered a dress and it never turned up after weeks of waiting. Then they sent another dress but that never turned up either, scam artists pretending to show tracking info and not sending refund

Sewing kit

Took overlong to arrive.
Poor quality metal used and sewing yarn was sparse. On the buying platform, it showed the cotton spools having a lot more yarn.
Would not buy from them again.

Placed an order and 10 days later still…

Placed an order and 10 days later still not received. Contacted them and they said to carry on waiting. Tracking showing as still not despatched. AVOID THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GOODS. COMPLETE CON AND SCAMMERS. Have contacted customer service 11 times and was told to wait. Firstly 7-10 then 10–15 and then 20 days. I will not be changing this review even though they asked me to

Best purchase ive ever made,

Britneed appalling delivery service

I ordered two cat beds two weeks ago. According to Evri they’ve had them for 10 days and still no sign of being delivered. To be on the safe side, I’ve asked them to be delivered to a local shop nearby. They answered my first query, saying to get back to them in five days if they didn’t turn up, which I did, but no response Appalling delivery service.
