The needles are rubbish

The needles are rubbish. I saw the advert and they portray them as good strong, and practically unbreakable. The first one I used bent as if it were made of cheese. And two more suffered the same fate. Some others are fiddly to thread with normal cotton when the ad clearly states that they're designed to be easier to thread.
It proves that yet again, ads lie.

There was nothing like what was shown…

There was nothing like what was shown in the video that led me yo buy. That sounds scam or fake. I Use it the for 2 toilets, there was no responsive. I suggest you go back to the lab to redo it again. But for now, you do not even qualify for rating

I dont believe it how frustrated I am…

I dont believe it how frustrated I am ,why the people they treat us like this like money, sometimes we don't have money but you spent them thinking that is worth in not even one month and maybe used three for times my iron pot crafted and no stick ,but is stick also is rusted a lot of rusty the color is going I want pictures to show but where really sad I want to cry 😭

SCAM!!!!!

SCAM!!!!!! Item ordered and paid for, no confirmation email. Contacted them with order number and merchant number for payment and they say I haven’t ordered anything. Sent them photos as proof of order and payment but now being ignored!!!!!!!

Do not buy form this site…Scam

Do not buy form this site…..they not even UK based…..Chinese, 6/7 weeks delivery and it didnt even come to this address and they are refusing to refund me.
