Second time I've used Broadband Genie. Absolutely no complaints about the service - very straightforward to use, simple to use portal to check status of voucher and good communication throughout the whole process.

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service!
I read all the reviews and was encouraged to get broadband through your website and it was a deal with £60 voucher that I still haven’t received a single email for.
Emailed twice and no answer
Is there any customer service at all????

Great deal and super customer service

I think due to my computer set-up my broadband switch via broadband genie did not automatically get entered into the system. However on communicating with both Charlotte and Rachel from the customer service department my claim was entered manually and has been processed. I can't thank both ladies enough for their help and and actions. I would use broadband genie again and can recommend the company.
