Bought Shell fttp Broadband through Broadband and received a £100 Amazon voucher. It takes 3/4 months to get your voucher but they send you a link when it's time to receive it.

I'm afraid as we are a broadband comparison site and not a broadband provider, we have no control over speeds or postcode eligibility. That being said, if you enter your postcode into our site before you start browsing, it will only show you the broadband(s) available at your address.

I wanted to renew my contract. Emailed them. No reply. Phoned them no answer. Sales answer straight away. No such luck with “customer loyalty”!

I'm afraid you may have mixed us up with your broadband provider. As a comparison site, Broadband Genie are not able to renew customer contracts, nor do we have a sales department. I can't spot that we've had any emails or calls from you before either.

I forgot to claim my reward within the set time but after explaining how silly I had been to the nice people at Trustpilot they reviewed the situation and honoured their commitment. Amazing customer service thank you Trustpilot and thank you Broad band Genie.

Firstly, I'm sorry to hear your experience hasn't been more positive.
I've just had a look and your voucher was sent out to you in March. This was just under 3 months after your date of purchase. This is the average amount of time it takes for all sales to be fully validated and for the vouchers to be sent out. This is also clearly stated in our T&Cs that are emailed out to you on your date of purchase.
It looks as though your voucher code has now expired. I will hopefully be able to send you another one from our own pocket at the end of the month.

Rectified complaint and amended review to reflect
After an initial few issues with the tracking and communication with this company, I am pleased to say they reached out to me and hopefully all now is being processed and on track.
