Att man får svar på en support från en…
Att man får svar på en support från en människa sent på kvällen är inte vanligt nu för tiden. För mig har Bruce blivit en nytändning för träning, från något enformigt på samma gym till en upptäcktsfärd. Tack vare att träningen blir varierad och stimulerande blir den också av. Kan också varmt rekommendera EGYM, fantastiskt.

I can’t describe how grateful I am for the creators and all the team of Bruce studios app!🙏🥰 It seems that someone who knows my personality created this app 🤭😄 I love always to try something new. Also one day my “ soul is calling “to dance, other maybe to meditate or yoga, or sauna or gym, or swim . And we have everything in one app!!! 🤩🤩🤩 When I found Bruce app My “soul” from that day always feel like in fiesta ! 😄✨🦋💫 so much joy, so much new experiences, meeting wonderful , kind new people , a lot first times , exploring new places. Disappointed
I’ve been a big Bruce user for sometime. But honestly now I’m reconsidering, they have significantly increased prices over the last couple years and with that also removed so many perks of having a membership there, limited to 3 booking, penalised for late cancellations and have to pay your way out. On top of this every class is wait listed (even if you’re quick to book) and they are trying to onboard even more users, it’s impossible. I also know many of my friends who are long term users of the app are really frustrated and we are considering other options. I don’t think they put customers first at all!

I did not check in before my class at a studio and then ofc I got the message that I missed my class. So I wrote the team of Bruce, and they were super helpful. I‘m new on the app and I think that the service is really good. They really try to help you. So thank you for the great support

I canceled after 24h.
The QR code for checking in at Rules Boxing Club didn’t work and there was no staff to ask. I got 3 strikes on my first day as a member and was blocked from booking any classes for 14 days. The customer service kept asking questions that were already answered in my message, but they didn’t bother reading it and didn’t help at all.

Jorden kalder Bruce
I går tog jeg til træning i Energii på Frederiksberg, hvor jeres QR kode åbenbart ikke virker (får i dag af vide at det er sket for flere samme sted). Energii fortæller mig, at de har registreret mit fremmøde og at alt er godt. Efterfølgende er jeg så røget i karantæne og I svarer ikke i den chat, hvor I påstår at svare inden for få timer. Jeg har nu måtte betale yderligere 140,- for unlock. Håber selvsagt at få pengene retur, men indtil videre virker kundekontakt til at være allernederst på jeres prioriteringsliste.
Det kan I forhåbentlig godt gøre bedre. Jeg ville virkelig gerne lade tvivlen komme jer til gode, men det virker til at I er bedst til at svare på Trustpilot - så måtte give det et forsøg 🙃 Glæder mig til at høre fra jer og blive refunderet!

Det låter bra men viktigt att läsa det finstilta!
Bra att man kan testa olika center.
Gratis provperiod är INTE gratis. Du kan träna 4-8ggr/månad på center MEN då ingår endast något specifikt ”Brucepass” så du får INTE välja från deras ordinarie schema trots att du köper Black eller Epic. Så inte prisvärt varken om du bara vill gymma eller köra pass.

Genom Bruce får du tillgång till samma pass som studions egna medlemmar, men det är inte alltid så att alla studions pass ingår i vår tjänst. Ibland har vi också lagt till pass som är exklusiva för Bruce-medlemmar för att underlätta bokning och göra det enklare för våra medlemmar att komma åt just den specifika studion. Scheman ligger tillgängliga att kolla i vår app innan man blir medlem.
Jag vill också förtydliga att vår gratis provperiod faktiskt är gratis, så länge du avslutar ditt medlemskap inom de 14 dagarna och respekterar våra avbokningsregler.
Jag beklagar att du inte var nöjd med din upplevelse hittills. Vi jobbar ständigt med att förbättra vårt utbud och vi hoppas att du kommer hitta något som passar dig!
