The boots are exactly what I ordered and are perfect.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 pairs of ‘leather’ fleece lined boots . The photos showed fluffy linings with laces around the top.
The boots arrived following chase up with the company. There were no laces the fluffy fleece looked like a newly shorn sheep and I really don’t think they were leather.
Despite emailing the company they will only offer me a refund of 20% of the purchase price. Total rip off!!

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had on shopping online. The order was late, they delivered the wrong item and would not refund my money and stated that returning the item it may get lost, damaged or stolen and if so it would be at my expense. If the order package did not arrive at their address in China they would not refund my money and definitely not my return costs. I recommend that no-one uses this company. AWFUL

I would give a 0 star if it was available.
This is not a genuine online company,
I have ordered winter boots just to receive slippers instead.
Absolutely appalling customer service, offering 15% refund or pay cost to return and that is not guaranteed that they get the item.
Do not buy from them, they are utter scammers!

Very poor quality,not what on the picture. They grab people by sending shoes which customer can't return if they not fit...I purchased 2 pains. None of them fit . I was offered 15% and after I insisted for Uk return address they offered 20%.

They scare people to not to send shoes back by showing all the complications - this is what they say in email "Returning the package could take up to a month to reach our warehouse and there is a risk of it being lost during transit. Issues such as customs taxes or natural disasters may arise, and we cannot assume these risks"

They are lairs and not suppose to be trending.

Please avoid and do not let them to scam you.

Sent wrong size shoes no good to me but offered 15% refund and keep shoes that are too big wasn't happy with that so they offered 20% but they still don't fit me. Told me that to send them back I would have to pay postage and they may go missing absolute joke of a company all China based I am very disappointed and would like warn others do not buy. They told me to check their returns policy but on fb advert they say 100% returns. Why should we put up with this i now have shoes to go to charity brand new fortunately I haven't ordered anything else but it has put me off online buying.

Avoid at all cost. Never reply to emails and no intention of sending my sandals that I paid £22 for. All I have is a tracking number which is in Chinese! Not that I'm against chinese as I regularly order from TEMU who are fantastic.
Im getting a full refund back through my bank. Thank christ I didn't spend a larger amount. There have been a LOT of bad reviews about this so called company BStore on Trustpilot. Silly me. I should never have ordered. Lesson learned

Researched that the company had an office in Herefordshire also registered on companies house unless it’s a copy cat name. Risked buying a pair of leather shoes. Good quality but wrong size so experiencing similar problem. But they are answering emails. 20% refund at moment. They have sent address to return but they say returns can get lost. Looks like find a relative they fit and get a 20% refund. £4.50 is it worth the hassle.
I didn’t order my shoes through Facebook did it through the company website. Second option donate the shoes to raffle for good causes.

Despite emailing the company Customer Services 5 times I have had no response. Wonder if they'll be as quiet when I ask the bank to refund my payment.

Well, I have not yet received my order and judging by the reviews, not sure I even will and if it arrives , will it actually be what I ordered, went on there tracking and it's all in Chinese, nothing in English, so goodness knows what they are telling me. Will update should I ever receive my purchase. An update on my review, I finally received my purchases on the 24th Sept, boots seem to be okay, so that's good, however the packaging was not good, surprised they arrived in good condition. That said communication and tracking, that was in Chinese, was awful, won't use again. Update, finally received the boots I ordered, however somehow to make them look like they did on their site, they have given me hairbands, which im supposed to hook around the side buttons on the boots, useless, don't hook round, nothing to grip onto, maybe I'm doing something wrong, nightmare, will not use company again, wish I'd read reviews first, lesson learnt

Waited over 3weeks for boots still waiting paid postage for them as well been deceived again by face book who put these companies on it should be stopped

Advertised one brand and sent something completely different. Shoe sizing completely wrong. No returns policy. They offer 15% refund even though the shoes cannot be used due to the sizing issue.
Always research the company when adverts come through Social Media.
DO NOT USE BSTORE.

Do not go hear this company. They have delivered completely the wrong size orthopaedic trainers and I'm being told its my responsibility to return them at my expense (to China) pay an additional 20% to receive the goods I originally ordered. What a total con. I'm cross with them and myself for being taken in by them. This can only be described as FRAUD. Do not touch with a barge pole. I have learnt a valuable lesson!

When will I learn? Didn't realise from China at point of purchase, so usual rubbish received

Ordered a pair of arch support shoes from B-Store. They never arrived. Almost two months on and I'm still chasing them for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs. I emailed the London address which actually was very quick to come back. But the main address - still nothing. So effectively BStore has stolen my money.

I have suddenly started receiving emails from this and another shoe company, claiming to specialise in orthopaedic shoes, with similar websites and identical Trustpilot reviews. I heard a BBC Radio 4 program about similar companies distributing Chinese products. I would be very cautious about buying anything online with them. Best not to provide any banking/card details.

just received mine they are rubbish not even the right colour. wish I went on trust pilot before ordering them.

The sandals were such poor quality I wouldn't be seen dead in them. The fabric was synthetic and looked nothing like leather. Totally overpriced. I won't try to send them back, having seen the reviews. I will put them straight in the bin. Keep away from this retailer.
