Have 1 star, but that's too much. Dont send paperwork, and dont answer emails for a return address. Must be China. Ordered white lace trainers. 23.99 with p&p. Not worth £3. Fabric soles thin, arrived with backs crunched down, thrown in a bag nothing more. And not as picture. Couldnt get my foot in as front part too high. They are advertising all over FB and internet. are a Con Site. STAY CLEAR.

I've waited 2weeks. Saying sorry as delay. I've sent emails but no response. I've read reviews and just wondering if I'll ever receive my trainers. Never use. Them again.

Ordered sandals for my wife. When arrived , wrong size , says uk six more like a five . When asking for returns label found out the company’s address was in China and cost if return down to me . Mis represented in advertising as it says nothing about delivery from China , they have registered company in Herefordshire.. quality and size rubbish do not buy from this company as sizes not the same and return costs more than the value of products .Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!

If I could give a minus 5 I would. Poor quality and not as described - I ordered an orthotic shoe as I suffer from Achilles Tendinopathy but there is no way I could wear them as they are so poorly made. Offered 20% back. Do not buy from them and check reviews before ordering online would be my advice. Same goes for a company called Stunahome. I think they may be the same company!

Wish I had read reviews and where the goods were coming from and small print. Ordered two pairs of sandles which took over two weeks to arrive. Were of inferior quality and too small though I ordered my regular size. Now they want me to pay to have them returned to China,with no guarantee of refund. Avoid this company unless you're really sure of what your buying.

This sounds exactly like the company Baade I ordered ‘Zara sale goods’ from paid out £20 said 5-7 days delivery. 3 weeks later a plastic envelope arrived with a ‘Best Wishes’ card in it and an email from Royal Mail to say my parcel had been delivered. Chased their customer service to absolutely no avail. Wish I had read the reviews first. No refund. No goods.

How I wish that I had read all of these reviews before I ordered blue sandals, that looked lovely on the pictures! Like everyone else, I was scammed, did not receive the article that I ordered (I received cheap plastic black sandals), they would not accept returns etc. I have now sent the correspondence to Rip Off Britain and it would be good if you could all do the same, so that it can be highlighted for everyone to see. When I put a negative review on Facebook - it was removed in about five minutes, so I assume all of the positive reviews are fake as well

Arrived pretty quickly despite as I found from the tracking them coming from China. Nowhere when you order online does it say they're coming from that far away.
Anyway was pleased with the look of 2 pair of "orthopedic" sandals i bought, although once trying on it was clear I should have ordered wide fitting.
Went for a walk to try them out, fairly comfy but I needed to put them on the loosest setting to make them comfortable and then the white velcro was showing. Maybe they should use the same colour velcro as the shoe.
On the way back I noticed the "leather" material stuck on the side of the heel of both shoes was peeling off and flapping about!! Obviously not stuck down properly.
I contacted customer service about this, it took them a day to answer (is their headquarters in China? Wasn't clear) They offered me 15% refund and a £10 voucher to buy from them again. I certainly wasn't going to return them and pay the return postage. I said that 15% wasn't good enough, but would it be paid into my bank and where was the voucher being sent to.
They have yet to reply.

They aren't orthopedic either. They have a bit of spongeyness to them granted.

Don’t buy from this company!! They claim the shoes are orthepedic but far from it. Rubbish shoes that look and feel cheap. I ordered the wide and they were very narrow. I ask for a refund but they only gave me 20% off the price of the shoes. I have learned a huge lesson. Never again!!!

Scam store! Avoid and report!!

I accidentally ordered two pairs of their "orthopaedic" trainers in April, so immediately asked them to cancel one pair, but they only refunded me £9.20 of the £18.99 cost. I queried this and was told I had to pay the £4.99 shipping because I would have saved postage buying two pairs. They wouldn't explain why this didn't add up. Anyway, the trainers were actually very nice, and were really comfortable and well-made (yes, honestly!). As I had read the reviews for a different B Store on line I hadn't seen all the negative reviews for this company, so ordered another pair in a different colour, as it's dificult for me to find comfortable shoes with my foot problems. They arrived, but far too small and not the wide fit I wanted (but, again, very well made and nice) so I emailed - and that's all I've been doing since the 27th May. I've been getting the same responses as other people on this site. They asked me to send photos and packaging for the shoes, which I did, and their reply was "wait for information". A further week later (after me asking why I hadn't heard from them) this is the reply I got: The logistics records show that your package was delivered.
If you still don't get the package, please check your mail box first.
Or you can contact the carrier for the package information as soon as possible.
Or you can ask your neighbors and families if they get it for you!! THIS, after receiving the photos of the shoes they requested! I showed my daughter and she made me realise that all replies must be AI generated, not a human! So nobody is actually reading all the complaints! Their latest email, after an angry email from me (I'd been very polite up til then) has offered me 25% and I can keep the shoes (how very kind). I've now reported them to PayPal. I know it's "only" £23.98 I've spent, but still a lot for me as a pensioner, but there's also a principle at stake here and they shouldn't be getting away with this scam. Unfortunately, Action Fraud doesn't seem to cover the problems we are all having. UPDATE (14.6): PayPal informed me that, if I returned the shoes to China, Bstore would refund my money, less postage, which I am not going to do. PayPal also told me: Seller's account has been already noted by our PayPal concern team and after the thorough investigation, necessary action or restriction will placed for sure. Also your dispute case is added as an example for the further investigation over this.
PayPal has already started monitoring seller activities to make sure that valuable customers like you are kept safe. ME: So I hope this will give you some sort of satisfaction as it has me.

I would never order from this company because not only could I have bought the same item for a third of the price from another website, they are not leather as stated, I was put off returning for a full refund less postage as I was told they may not get there in time as they said it could take a month to get back to them, I was offered 20%. Absolute rip off company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Received a completely different pair of sandals to what i ordered, nothing remotely like them.

Then when i asked to return and get refunded i was offered 20%

Expected to ship back at own cost which they know we wont due to cost.

Says lofestime customer support on website, Absolute shocking company.

You will get ripped off and only expect a 20% refund when ypu do.

Avoid this store like the plaque. I purchased what should have been 2 pairs of orthopaedic sandals in different colours - they send me 2 pairs the same colour. They then want me to pay the return postage for their error or keep the second pair and accept 20% refund, then after many emails via Paypal, 50% refund. The sandals are not as described either, cheap plastic and most definitely not orthopaedic or wide fitting. Disgusting that this company is getting away with this nonsense.

Just received 2 pairs of orthopaedic trainers, what a joke ! Nothing like the item advertised, hard plastic and hard insoles, very cheaply made and sparkly, too !! Looked at return notes, now find that they do not give refunds nor take returns of items that are not full price, then you have to return to China, no wonder it took 3 weeks for them to arrive. £18.99 per pair, supposed to be half price, let everyone beware that this company does not supply the goods as advertised.

Hi Stay away from this company l ordered sandals that have never arrived and when l wrote a e mail asking where they are or l want my money back they have completely ignored my e mail they can’t take people money has any one reported them as they still seem to be trading a void lve spoken to my bank and they are looking into it don’t let them get away with our money

Avoid this lot like the plague. Trainers arrived looking nothing like the picture and such poor quality it was laughable. Then the pathetic offer of a small % refund. For a full refund please send back to China. So much for my consumer rights. How can this be legal ??? Avoid avoid avoid !!!
