Ordered a pair of sandals, took ages to arrive, when received they were damaged. They will not provide return label or refund.
Facebook and Instagram need to stop these companies

Hi trustpilot needs to look at this company
They have had my money for three weeks and won’t refund it or send my shoes surely that can’t keep taking money from people and getting away with it

Ordered some two weeks ago still havent recieved them wish id read the reviews first before ordering them won’t be ordering again

This company are definitely one to avoid .
The sizing for foot wear is way out .
The goods take ages to arrive, then when you ask to return they offer a percentage refund and also ask you not to report them to PayPal...

Shoes are rubbish. They offer 15% refund and then 20%. Do not buy from them. They will rip you off and the 100% guarantee is just a lie. Absolute con, and a scam site. AVOID, AVOID AVOID.

I would give zero if I could. I ordered and paid for boots on 16th Feb. As of 7th March, I have received nothing. Looking at the tracking for this purchase it implied I have received and signed for the purchase. I HAVE NOT! I have sent numerous emails - they say they are happy to help with queries - I have not had a single reply. If by noon on March 8th I have no response I shall forward all my contacts with this company to Police Action Fraud.
My experience tells me not to do business with this company - ever!

Ordered three pairs but they refused to combine into one delivery.
Wore one pair of allegedly waterproof boots for less than two months (and not daily wear) before the cheap and nasty material of the sole split on both boots and are no longer waterproof. No good to anyone now.
As everyone here, was offered 15% then 20% refund and a £10 voucher. Like I'm going to buy here again! Left wondering how quickly the other two pairs will fail?
Why is this dishonourable company allowed to advertise. Should be blocked by Facebook. DO NOT BUY THEIR GOODS.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, received 2 pairs of shoes but 1 and 2 sizes to big.
Requested return label and refund but told I had to return them at my own expense. Postage to China more expensive than shoes.
Offered a 10% goodwill refund 🤣🤣🤣 as compensation and told to keep the shoes, the shoes that I can't wear because far to big!
I refused so was then offered a 15% discount voucher on another purchase.
They told me I could try returning them at my expense but they would probably get lost in their system or warehouses, so accepting 10% refund was my best option

Looks like everyone has had the same experience. What a money making scam for them! The boots I ordered were so thin the package was an envelope. I thought there were flip flops in it. I opened the package and they were flat, disgusting and smelt of fish! I tried to tell them that they were faulty - which they were and got 20% back. Kept putting me off ht telling me I had to ship them back to china at my expense. I wouldn’t even give them away.

Rubbish, plastic boots that purport to be leather. I feel really stupid as I fell for the click bait on Facebook. The ad claimed to be selling leather, wool-lined boots as a "Last Day Promotion 50% off". The boots are neither leather nor wool. They are cheap and nasty. I am currently trying to get my money back, but they are only offering me a 20% discount unless I return the boots - to China - and then wait for them to be received before I get my refund. Don't fall for it!

I feel an idiot for not checking the reviews. The boots I ordered which were advertised as soft leather were stiff like cardboard. Poor quality lining too. Same issue that they wanted me to pay to return to China, eventually received 20% refund and voucher for £10 off , too scared to order again, I don’t have money to waste.

I would give them -5 if they could! Absolutely scam artists! I bought some boots that are such bad quality you could just about get away with wearing them as slippers indoors! It is impossible to return anything to them. They want you to send it back to China at your own expense so refunds are impossible!!! Stay away@ dont buy anything from them! I hope their site gets shut down!

I would give them 0 if I could. The boots took ages to arrive and when they did they were poorly packaged with no returns slip inside. They had no laces, the lining was a very poor quality (very thin) and they were the wrong size. I ordered a 39 and got a 40.
When I emailed them asking where to return them to for a refund they offered me a discount which I didn’t want as they are too big, not to mention the terrible quality.
This company are scammers as their advert says free returns but this is an absolute lie and when I eventually got a reply from them it is an address in China which would cost at least £12.00 postage to return them - and they cannot guarantee they will be received in their warehouse due to all sorts of factors!!
Facebook should ban them. They are criminals who bank on people not returning them so they keep all the money.
I going to contact my credit card company and ask them to do a charge-back as the boots are definitely not fit for purpose.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I am never buying anything from China again (including Wish who are also terrible) apart from Temu who are absolutely fantastic and a very reputable company who I’ve bought lots from and are very satisfied with them.

I should have read Trustpilot before ordering!!! Orthopaedic sneakers size 5 in grey. Arrived today. Not orthopaedic by any imagination very hard insoles, not grey and not size 5. Will never buy from this type of site again (Oh yes! I have been caught a few weeks ago!). This leaves the impression they are a rip off and to be offered 20% discount is an insult as I am still paying for the shoes I cannot wear! It is an insult to my intelligence.

Boots were of poor quality and soles have poor grip. Tried to return but despite several emails they refused to give a full refund and accept the boots back. Ended up with a 20% refund and a pair of boots I will not wear.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Exactly the same as everyone on here. Ordered 2 pairs of snow boots in good faith. Website encourages you to purchase with 100% satisfaction money back guarantee and even says how daunting it can be to buy on line but not to worry, any issues will be resolved. Advertising gives impression the company has a distribution warehouse in UK. The boots are not as advertised, cheap smell like pvc with polyester lining, not handmade soft leather with buttery soft European wool lining. What a joke. Eventually reluctantly agreed to 20% refund.

This is their second offer when I refused a 10% refund and money off voucher.

TOTAL SCAMMERS what a waste of money and time. Not worth persuing but hopefully others will see these terrible reviews and not be tempted by their reassuring website.

I ordered a pair of ankle boots that were advertised as safe in snow and ice. PLEASE PLEASE be warned not to purchase these from this company, if you want to keep safe. The soles are a cheap plastic that will be absolutely lethal in those conditions. When they arrived they didn't even fit. As they didn't fit and they were of a substandard quality I asked for a refund. Thought I would be returning them through EVRI (the carrier who delivered them) No.....they had to be posted back to China through Royal Mail at my expense. They made it quite clear the postage would not be reimbursed. After numerous emails backwards and forwards and absolutely no chance of getting a refund I agreed to a 20% refund. Why on earth would I want to keep something that didn't even fit! Wish I have read the reviews! Absolute scammers..they should be stopped!

As with all the other reviews I received my boots after waiting 6weeks and after 2 wears the zip broke . Absolutely disgusting .. offered 25% discount and a £10 voucher but why would I want to buy anything else from these scammers.
