Like everyone else on here this company is a scam I have read exactly the same reviews as what’s happened to me. The snow boots are disgusting not what they advised, I too was offered 20% instead of full payment and postage that I asked for. I now have emailed again as they didn’t reply after 5 emails write backwards and forwards, that I am taking this matter further. Which I am. This disgusts me taking peoples well earned money for goods that are not what you ordered
If I had known they were from China I would never had ordered them. They are nothing but scammers and scumbags

DO NOT ORDER!! Received Different boots. And so badly made and cheap.
Only offering 20% refund for not sending what I ordered!! And they have already implied that the package will get lost in the post if I send them back! What a disappointment and waste of money 😡
Complete scammers! I'm sure I saw a UK address when I ordered.

This my second review. I have tried to get refund. They said I could keep the boots they don’t want them back (best place for them is the rubbish bin) and offered to give me 15% of the price back.
This site is definitely a scammers.

Wish i had checked the reviews. I ordered two pair of winter boots and paid. The money has left my bank but i keep getting emails telling me to complete my payment. I have checked with bank and it has already cleared to them.
The tracking they sent on email says not a relevant number

Con. Spam. Now having to find out how i can get money back.

I have removed my saved bank card as someone tried to take again.

My mum used to say if it is too good to be true don’t touch it

If anyone has any joy in getting money back i would appreciate up dates as bank has to wait 120 days !! Don’t know why but at least it blocks them trying to get any more

Update:-
Order placed on the 12/12/24 has now arrived. But will never order from this website again. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the item and I’ve now sent them to a charity shop. I was lead to believe the item was real leather and in my opinion this is not true.

I orderd the boots on 27 November and if knew they were coming from China i wouldn't have bothered because since placing the order with my correct address and transit from China to the Uk my address has been altered twice and has ended up in East London and i live SE London!! i have emailed bstore to investigate how my address got altered twice and there is a slim chance that i will get the parcel so im asked for a full refund! I most probably not hear from them until after Christmas now but ive paid for something and have not received it as its been delivered elsewhere!

Oh how I wish I'd have read the reviews,I have ordered these boots and have heard nothing from them other than ready to be shipped 3 days ago,this site needs closing down,ripping people off,I am a pensioner and I can't afford to lose money like this,have to buy another present now.

I saw the advertisement of those boots and they said they were leather boots. Also the sole looked good . I bought them in my size. When they arrived ,firstly they did not look as advertised ,they were of faux leather ,polyester für and so light with a bad chemical smell. Worse ,they did not fit. I could not get into the boots with my foot as the boot was to narrow/tight. So ,as stated in the Ad that you can get a refund ,I asked for that but was offered a 10% refund. I was not happy and they told me to send the boots back costs a lot of money £14,and they could get lost . They offered me a 20%refund instead. Now I was not sure if I should send the boots back but I decided not ,because I do not trust the company. So now ,I ask for the 20% refund but it looks like that nobody answers my emails anymore. That £25 for nothing.I am a pensioner and this is s lot money to give away for nothing .

I ordered boots on 16 November ,the number I have been given for tracking ,it comes back as not recognized.So still waiting for boots.Absolute con merchants.Wish I had read reviews first as would never of ordered from them.Take your money and then nothing.

I order supposed to be non slip ankle boots, I ordered and paid on 26th November 2024 and still no delivery ( from china ) had I read this I definitely wouldn’t off ordered when I track my order it just says in transit …no further updates, this company needs closing down as is as customers are losing big money. !!! Something needs to be done ! I hope someone can help us ??

Really wish I'd read the reviews on here first before being scammed on the FB ads. Exactly as others have described - cheap and nasty plastic boots, flimsy, nothing as described and a very toxic smell inside the packaging. As it happens, they sent the wrong size over to me so I am trying to now argue that they owe me a full refund and pay the return postage (apparently to China, not the address in the West Midlands that was on the original packaging), but they are currently only offering 20%. Not holding my breath looking at the other reviews on here though.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

False advertising, shoes does not look like bstoreon.com ’s video show. Boots are not leather, also they are not wool lined at all. This is all a LIE and massive SCAM. Cheap synthetic materials, my feet sweat in it so badly that make my socks literally completely SOAKED!
Sole is made out of thin foam or God knows what.

I contacted the seller with intention to return boots and complained about misleading advert and poor quality of shoes. The seller is from China and they offered me 20%off, as apparently the cost of return is really high. I said that it is not good enough. Then I contacted PayPal and they did absolutely nothing to sort out the SCAM seller! Then I contacted the seller once more and this time they offered me a 30% of discount, which is ridiculous.
I lost money and I have a pair of crappy shoes which are not usable!😡

These boots are NOT leather, they are plastic/synthetic. They are NOT wool lined, the lining is the cheapest synthetic material. The soles are made of thin foam and will not last 5 minutes. Total false advertising. They are awful, cheaply made and will fall apart quickly. They will only issue a refund if you return the boots to China which costs more than the product itself. I've reported their ads to Facebook who continue to allow them to advertise and sell fake goods. I tried to get a refund through PayPal and they decided in favour of these scam sellers and there is no way of complaining to PayPal about their decision, it's all automated.

I ordered two pairs of boots, no notification about delivery but money taken from bank account on 14.10.2024. Not exactly sure of order date

Only just ordered these boots as they looked similar to some previously bought. Wish I had read reviews!! How have I fallen for this?

I bought a pair of blue leather boots which looked amazing on the advertisement.

Was I in for a shock, first they were plastic not leather unbelievably cheap and thin.

I am generally pretty good at fighting my corner and getting refunds etc but the best I could do was get a 20%refund and keep the crappy boots.

Please don’t ever waste your money buying from this company.
